Godfreys North Lakes

The service of this store is the best I have ever received in any store in Australia. Lucas, Kai and the rest of the team go out of their way. I had issues with one part of my vacuum cleaner just 5 days before my 2 year warranty ran out. Instead of just repairing this part only, they checked all other parts and I basically received a brand new vacuum cleaner. I could not recommend this store high enough. Would give them 10 stars if I could.

Brandon and his team went above and beyond, not only with the information in allowing us to chose the best product for our needs but assisted with pick up.

The service provided at Godfrey’s Northlakes was excellent. We spoke to very knowledgeable staff over the phone and in store. They had excellent product knowledge and gave a thorough demonstration of use, and showed us the cleaner’s features. We definitely recommend this friendly team’s store to shoppers looking for advice and good service.

We went into the Northlakes store not knowing what we really needed to clean carpets. A young staff member by the name of Cai was most helpful and knowledgeable. We felt no pressure at all to buy and felt completely comfortable with the products that were suggested to serve our purpose. We left the store after purchasing a Hoover Smartwash+ and it had performed exactly as expected. Thanks for the great service and product

Amazing customer service. I did a click and collect order and the service desk person noticed the vacuum I bought was on sale so he gave me a refund for the difference.

I attended Godfrey’s friday the 26th roughly 1pm maybe just after 1pm, i was there to pick up something for my job and unfortunately I was bitten by a dog before I’d gotten there. The two men on shift were so amazing and got me some first aid and let me sit and cry for abit because the shock had just set in. They were super understanding and comforting I appreciate it so much! My friend and I were in the store this morning looking at vacuum cleaners for her son as we were waiting for the salesman a gentleman named Matthew who actually works there but was on holidays helped us out. Such great and friendly service my friend ended up buying a vacuum cleaner. We would recommend anyone looking for a vacuum cleaner go to Godfrey’s North Lakes. Thanks Matthew

Purchased a Tineco Pure One S11 vacuum. It has two very tiny wheels which the rubber has come off and it now scratches my floor. The vacuum is still under warranty. I went into the store to ask about replacement wheels. The gentleman there was not too willing to help. He said that it was unusual that this would happen. I asked a couple of times about getting me some new ones but he just didn’t seem to interested in such a menial part. Very poor customer service. I ended going to the Morayfield Godfrey’s store where the young woman was ever so willing to help me out. Great customer service from this young women. Not happy though as this part, through no fault of my own, is broken and I apparently have to pay even though the vacuum is still under warranty.

I brought a vacuum/mop from here a few days ago and received the best service. The young man was knowledgeable, attentive and helpful he even put the vacuum in the boot of my car. When I got in the car my 12 year old said that’s man’s services is a 11/10.

Unfortunately the vacuum/mop didn’t work on my tiles so I had to take it back (they have a ten day return policy) I was so nervous taking it back however another staff member who served me was so lovely about it and said it’s store policy to return with no questions asked. He even gave me a Easter egg.

Next time I’m in the market for a vacuum or mop I will definitely be taking my business there. I can not recommend these guys enough! If I still managed retail stores I would be trying to poach these guys.

After having so many problems with Godfreys Morayfield and being told that there was nothing AGAIN wrong with our Vacuum Cleaner part (this is the second time we had to take it back, due to firstly, an inferior hose connection and the last time, a manufacturers fault in the floor tool) both my husband and I had had enough of the arrogance of the Morayfield store Manager and decided to take it to the North Lakes store. We were pleasantly surprised as both Mathew and Lucas were so helpful. It was such a delight to deal with both of these guys. Thank you Mathew and Lucas. I am certainly promoting your North Lakes Store wherever I can.

Fantastic customer service, a big thank you to Glenn for the help l received with my Bissell steam mop, so glad l went there. Great team of people. Would definitely go there for great customer service.

OK service when you are there to buy, but terrible if you have a problem after you get the item home and have an issue a few weeks later. I was told there
was up to six weeks wait for their workshop to process a warranty claim.

Ordered a carpet shampooer online for click and collect and went to pick it up. Glenn was exceptionally good with demonstratinv how to use it. Great customer service

Amazing customer service from Lucas at the North lakes store! I went in looking for a new vacuum that would be best for carpets. And lucas was more then happy to explain and demonstrate what vacuums would be best. Very happy with my purchase and the customer service that was provided. Definitely would recommend this store!

Love my new ‘Henry’ vacuum cleaner! The young gentlemen at Godfreys North Lakes were so friendly and so helpful! (I know I wouldn’t be so happy to be working a Sunday! Lol) Full of helpful advice and recommendations! Highly recommend this store!

Go see Glen at Northlakes store. Absolutely amazing. Best sale person ever! Friendly, not pushy. Great Guy who will happily answer any questions you have and very knowledgeable.

I took our vacuum cleaner in to be sent away for a quote to repair. 2 weeks later I called to enquire about the progress. I was put on hold so long I had to hang up. The following morning I rang again and left a message to be called back. I ended up calling them back. When I finally spoke to someone, he couldn’t find any record of the quote and said he’d follow it up and get back to me before the end of the day. That didn’t happen. It’s now the next morning - I tried calling again, in opening hours, four times and nobody answers.
