Really good advice from Godfrey's Mt Ommaney. As a mere male I've finally worked out what a vacuum does and how it does that work. The old days of pushing and pulling are really over. Simply use your mobile phone. I might try it?

My husband and I were seved by Craig he was very knowledgeable and not overly pushy like other Godfreys I've been to. MtOmmany is the only Godfreys I'll be going to in the future

Wish I could give no stars. I bought a Bissell little green spot cleaner from these guys in May 2021 and used it for the first time last week and it has completely ruined my couches and the gentleman is refusing a refund. I have contacted fair trading QLD.
I paid $229 for this machine and it has ruined my $600 couches and they couldn’t care less.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!

Craig helped us fix our existing vacuum cleaner. He was very honest, and wasted no time in checking our existing one to figure out what was wrong. Rather than telling us to buy a new vacuum cleaner or send off our existing one where it could takes ages to get fixed, he fixed our machine on the spot and didn’t charge us a cent. This is the type of person and business I want to deal with, because one day in the future, if I ever need to buy something, I will go to Craig at this store.and it’s because I can trust him.
