Came to the store with only a rough idea of what I needed and Joel was very informative, knowledgeable and helpful. The whole experience was very positive.

Simon was amazing! He knew all the products in the store and was able to give me accurate advice based on my needs. I was greeted in a friendly manner which gave me an awesome experience from the get go! Lauren (?) Was also great

Simon was very helpful in explaining the features of four different vacuum cleaners which we enquired about, making our decision much easier. We also had the opportunity of trying the machines instore and subsequenrly bought a Miele cleaner and a Bot as well. Thankyou fo your assistance

The store manager Lauren was amazing!
She was so attentive and made sure that all the repairs was taken care off. She went above and beyond to sought out a new machine for us free of charge when the repaired machine stopped working for the second time. Honestly, I’m a happy customer!

Took my vaccum in for a service and repair, few issues not on the actually store itself, but was handled and wonderfully corrected by store manager Lauren! My faith in customer service and humanity has be restored by this entire store. All the staff and the manager go above and beyond for you and treat you like a real human. Awesome service can never fault them have always fixed most of my issues or compensated me or given an alternative. I have been going to godfreys loganholme for many many years and will continue to do so, I used to deal with Sally but she has moved on and up in the company I now deal with Lauren she is awesome she is very happy to help she knows what she is talking about and is a very confident in what she is selling Lauren is not pushy like most sales people she will give you her opinion and let you decide I am very happy with Lauren AAA +

Every time l have visited this place, my experience has been so positive and helpful, it makes my day. The help and thoughtfulness of all staff, especially the Manager have been without fault. The hints and tips Laura shared gave me empowerment and more knowledge over my own vacuum. I left feeling l gained a friend as well as well as a great helping b hand. If she worked for me l would be making sure she stayed. Love her! And her staff, just amazing! You don't get service like that these days, very rare. And l can tell you l'm that fussy customer that challenges a sales person yep l am hard work and l know it but l give my best and expect the same in return. Went in store today to look at the eco vac robot vacuum. Lauren had amazing customer service and we instantly felt welcomed. We ended up purchasing a newer model and are very happy with the product. Highly recommend Lauren and this store.
