Service from Kylie today was Incredible! Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We had visited the store today as our Electrolux cordless vacuum had issues after only 1 month of use, my husband felt pressured into buying it at the time from a staff member who was only filling in at the Ipswich branch for that day. Luckily it was still under warranty! We were a bit reluctant in going in and the information we would be provided however Kylie put all our worries to rest and took the time to answer all our questions. Ask for Kylie when you go into the branch - you will not be disappointed

Godfrey’s Ipswich have gone above and beyond time and again! About a month ago I went to Godfrey’s to purchase the Bissell vac/mop. I’m one of those people who do copious amounts of research and want to know the ins and outs before purchase. Luke went through both the Bissell and the Tineco versions. How to use, how to clean, warranties, how to maintain etc over the course of two days. I ended up going home with a Tineco and cannot be more happy. I’ve also recently purchased new filters for my vacuum and my mother in law’s vacuum. He took the time to show me how to install them in each model. Luke, thank you very much for your patience and professionalism.

Kylie's product knowledge and advice was exceptional. We had some specific needs in a new vaccume cleaner and she answered all our questions. We had stopped visiting Godfrey's some years ago. After this experience both with Kylie and the obvious change in offerings on the shelf at Godfrey's Ipswich, we won't shop anywhere else.

I have had a carpet cleaner I bought from Godfrey’s a couple of years ago but never felt confident that I was using it correctly so finally yesterday I took it to the Ipswich store and the young man working there was so knowledgeable and helpful guiding me through the process confidently then he put it back in my car for me afterwards. Great service from Godfrey’s once again where I will always buy my cleaning appliances from.

I am really not sure what is going on with this store, I have been going here for years have had amazing customer service. To now new staff which some are so rude and don't know what they are doing or don't know what they stock. S

I’ve been a customer for more than 5 years. It was always my go to store to restock chemicals for my business. The last 12 mths have been horrible. Never have stock! Ask questions about stock not being there and told different things from different employees. It’s absolutely ridiculous.
Vacuum cleaner parts are rarely in stock.

I had the best experience with Tiffany a few weeks ago. I came in to have a look at a Bissel and she was extremely helpful with showing me how it works and recommended a Tenico as well. She won me over on a Tenico but I decided not to buy it as I wanted to do some research on it at home. I will be heading back there in a couple of weeks to get it. Thank you for your expertise Tiffany. You were awesome!

Not a happy customer I rang at the end of last week and was informed that they are short staffed in Ipswich. My Vacuum stopped working properly and as I have only had it since July, and still got the receipt to prove this. AI have no way of getting to the shop, as I have no car or driving license I asked could somebody come and pick up the non working machine and bring a replacement? It isn't my fault after all that the vacuum isn't working. I got an email from the Customer Service department aslking questions I had already answered Thel last manager, was so helpfiul to me previously, so I am sorry that he left, as I klnow he would have sorted out my problem. He actually delivered the machine to my home The current staff members should be trained in how to keep a customer happy. I used to recommend Godfreys, NEVER AGAIN

Just bought a Vax Compact Power Carpet Washer from the Ipswich store. Couldn't be more pleased with it. Helped by wonderful staff member Erikah, who was exceptionally helpful, with good product knowledge. She is a really great asset to your company and has ensured we will be back again in the future.

I came in needing advice on how to clean my vacuum head as my own hair is the thing I can't seem to pull out of it. I was greeted with the manager Tony and he cleaned the head for me free of charge and gave me excellent advice on which vacuum may be a better fit for me (and my long hair lol). Definitely recommended I will be back to buy my next vacuum.

Great experience in store with Erica today who assisted me to choose a stick vacuum and a carpet mop. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely be looking here first in future. Thank you Erica.

Very friendly customer service, no hard sell. Explained differences between products but still let me decide. Prices are good compared to some other places.

Always good customer service. Both the team members were busy when I walked in for a repair to my vacuum cleaner, but made sure they acknowledged me. They advised they would not be long. When they were able to help me they were knowledgeable and very helpful and this is why they are my preferred store for cleaning supplies and products.
