Very experienced and friendly staff who have been in the industry for years and very knowledgeable about their products. Old school service, even carried my Robot Vac box to my car for me while I was carrying my son. Easily accessible off the main road with their own parking. Highly recommend

Went in to look for a robot vacuum in the Capalaba store. We met Orcadeez (again)! He was knowledgeable, patient and a great salesperson. He answered all of our questions about the range of robovacs in stock. He demonstrated the S7 MaxV vacuum and allowed us enough time to have a play with the remote and see how easy it was to operate. It was a pleasure dealing with him and buying our first Robot vac!
A request to OTHER store managers: give the salesperson easy access to the remotes!

Absolutely fantastic customer service and advice from Orcadeez. Orcadeez was so helpful and informative when I came in to ask questions about a particular model I was looking at. He answered all my questions, even the tricky ones and showed me other options to help. That helped immensely and I felt so well informed that I was happy to make my decision and purchase. Jade showed Excellent product knowledge and showed us helpful and friendly service making it easy to decide which vacuum cleaner to choose for our child's allergy.

Brought my 7 year old Miele in for repair. Waited 2 weeks to hear back that it was irreparable. Traded in for a new Miele, actually a lower quality, but still excellent for our needs. Very happy. Orcadeez did a great job helping with this purchase.

Would not recommend shopping at this store. I placed a click and collect order and when arriving to collect (after travelling for over an hour to get to this store, being the only one that had stock), they tried to give me the wrong vacuum cleaner. I pointed this out and the sales person argued with me, telling me it was the right one because their system code said it was - despite it very clearly being the wrong one (wrong colour, accessories, MODEL). After lengthy discussions, he finally offered to source me an alternative, with no guarantee that I wouldn't encounter the same issue because of their "code". They also didn't know the Electrolux model has been discontinued, so they can't order one from anywhere (which I stated when i arrived to collect was my reason for shopping with their store in the first place). I ended up taking the floor model (which they debated as well), no box, full retail price. When this horrible experience was finally over and I was going to leave, they tried to sell me a different vacuum cleaner, and when i got the vacuum cleaner home one of the accessories was damaged. Product knowledge is lacking, customer service is poor, and showroom is very small for being a "superstore". I would shop at ANY other Godfreys store - but never again at this one.

Shannon, wow! What amazing service! My wife had inherited a Dyson from her grandmother who had recently passed… so weirdly our vacuum cleaner has centesimal value! Shannon went above and beyond to get it working again for us! My wife’s happy and of course so am I! Thank you!
