We had a definite need for a reliable yet robust stick vacuum cleaner. We decided to buy from a specialist shop as past experiences with competitive retailers had let us down. Rebecca at Godfrey’s Cairns store was most professional - her experience and product knowledge was reassuring. We spent close to our budget and are most grateful for having purchased from a specialist outlet.

I love, my new vac and mop in one… It is sensational… But the customer service of the Cairns Store is disgraceful.misleading… Unhelpful… And refusing to give a $20 refund when I have spent $1300 on a product that was not needed is absolutely Impossible to fathom… Also being loud and aggressive is unnecessary… They’ve certainly got their last dollar from me

I needed a vaccumed cleaner that would transition easily from tiles to carpet and I wasn't sure what to buy. Steve from Godfrey's Cairns listened to my needs and was able to offer a range of options. Eventually I settled on a Vorwex, Steve demonstrated how to use it and the many functions of the machine. A week later I had more questions so I called Steve and he happily answered them for me. It was definitely great customer service and after sales support.

A big thanks to Steve who was attentive and gave me the best advice on how to handle my new robot. I would recommend anyone to go to Godfreys.

Had issue with my stick vac purchased 2 years ago. Called first and was given assistance to try to rectify. Didn't work so brought into the shop. Very helpful. Did some testing to no avail. Sent to Townsville to repair. Had it back within a week with a part replaced at no charge. Very impressed. Thankyou

Steve was more than helpful with our purchase and as we were a bit indecisive he provided all the information we needed and allowed us more than enough time to sit down and convince ourselves on which robot vacuum we wanted.

We purchased a Tineco cordless vacuum from Cairns Godfreys. The store is so well set up, we got to test the products which was great. We had amazing service from Steve who asked us lots of questions about our needs to make sure the product was the right fit for us, Thank you so much, it's made life so much easier!

Called wanting to get my vacuum serviced because suction had dropped off. Assistant said to bring it in, no charge and she would look at it rather than sending away. Opened it up and fixed the issue, plus gave advice. Not often places do that these days! Would go back in future to replace current vac when needed.

We purchased a Bissell carpet shampooer from Godfreys Cairns and we are so very happy with the product, sale and after sales service we received. Steve and Rebecca were awesome with giving us info to get the best out of the product and which products complimented our purchase. I was sceptical about the capacity of the machine to do the job over a professional cleaner but I was very pleasantly surprised. The shampooer exceeded my expectations. Many vacuum cleaners there, I had many choice.
He also has excellent product knowledge,
I wanted light, bag less, good quality, reasonable price vaccum cleaner and found one with in 10 minutes.
It's a cordless as well and also can be small vacuum cleaner to clean my car.
Has 2years warranty.

Would I go back no. Would I ever buy another vacuum from them no. The sales rep talks to you like they are soo much better then you

My vacuum went in to see if it could have a wheel repaired. 3 weeks later I finally got it back - not fixed. Yes it had to go to Townsville, apparently it takes 4 days travel each way and only travels on certain days. I was not told it would take 3 weeks and whenever I phoned to follow up they were quite rude. Will never go back.
