I had a small hiccup with a vacuum that I have purchased and I took it back
into store and spoke with Sheralyn. She was so lovely to deal with, had my problem sorted with in seconds. She was also able to provide detailed information on the robot mop and vacuums that I was interested in. Her knowledge on the products is outstanding.

Thank you to Brett at Godfrey's Burleigh Heads. I had a mascara wand lodged in the curved handle section of my Shark Navigator vacuum. No matter what I tried I couldn't get it out. Brett was able to remove it for me at no cost. Thank you again.

I've been a customer for over 3 years I go in regularly to buy products as I'm a commercial cleaner. And brought Sauber machine couple years ago and Pullman machine recently they work perfectly never had a problem with Godfrey's.excellent.and best of all the new manager who started in March sheralyn she is absolutely fantastic at customer service I would give 6 stars and I would recommend anyone to go into see her she's so friendly n helpful n funny i it's a delight to go into store.and her other assistant Brett is great to Thanks guy's see U soon Andrew

I used to get frustrated at this shop but now there are are two new young ladies there now who are welcoming, friendly and eager to serve their customers. Sheralyn is lovely and helpful, unfortunately I didn't get the other person's name. Great staff!

Called into Godfrey’s Burleigh with a blocked vacuum cleaner and the wonderful Tej had my vacuum unblocked and out of there within 5 minutes, he even carried it to the car for me. Thank you so much your customer service turned my whole day around. I would highly recommend shopping at Godfrey’s Burleigh Heads

Godfreys has no responsibility to the consumer, they sell the product but do not help with the after sales.
They told me “Bought, it's bad luck, we don't refund your money, and they ask for a minimum of 3 weeks to solve your problem. ”
Ah, but I said “It’s is manufacturing problem, it's under warranty” they don't exchange, they don't refund your money and I still they told me ”buy another vacuum so that your services are not interrupted".

Negligence, indignation and total lack of commitment and responsibility to the final consumer.
I bought a lot of equipment at Burleigh's Store and when I needed Godfreys' assistance, they turned their backs on me.
Don't waste your time and money with this type of company, in the middle of 2022 where companies have been concerned about customer service, giving value to this relationship, we have Godfrey’s that ignores us and normalizes the problems with their products, it’s is a shame!

Staff are like used car salesman! The vacuum they recommended was so loud I have to wear ear plugs and it broke in the first week therefore I only used it a few times that week. Due to logistical issues (my nearest store is a two hour round trip) and Covid I could not get into the store to return it for two months. When I did I explained the situation and asked for a refund or replacement to a better vacuum. The staff were extremely rude and flat out refused and only offered to have it repaired. It came back a month later still as noisy as ever needless to say it hasn’t been used since and it won’t be. MAJOR WATSE OF TIME, MONEY AND STRESS! I MAY AS WELL HAVE JUST GIFTED THEM MY HARD EARNED MONEY THE SECOND I WALKED IN THE DOOR AND TURNED AROUND AND WALKED OUT EMPTY HANDED IT WOULD HAVE SAVED ME A TON OF HASSEL AND FUEL AND STRESS

I went to stock up for my cleaning and carpet cleaning Bussiness and for the past 2 weeks they have not had anything, I had to go to a new supplier to get my products. I was left to buy cheap products rather than the normal agar and premium products.

They didn’t even give me my normal 5% discount as the clerk said that head office don’t do discounts.

Pore service and stock was a few bottles of cheap chemicals. Not what I have come to expect from them.

Lost a client that day unfortunately my Bussiness won’t be back to this company.

Today I visited after calling prior and speaking with Michael about a specific model of vacuum. He confirmed they had one, I drove to the store to find not only did they have the model wrong but not even the same brand. It was also described as “mint” condition which apparently means covered in marks and scratches and looks very warn. Will not be a returning customer. This all could have been avoided on the phone call if Michael had simply looked down at the vacuum and checked it was even the right model. Also was offered it for $50 more expensive than a friend who referred me was offered. No thanks.
