Godfrey’s Hervey Bay - without a doubt - one of the most impressive businesses I have ever dealt with. Our T8 Robovac purchased through Godfrey’s had a failure requiring manufacturer repair. From start to finish Godfrey’s approach was professional, transparent, and positive. They without hesitation took the machine and sent it to the manufacturer for a warranty repair. Unfortunately, there was a delay with the repair due to an unavailability of parts.
The Godfrey’s team ensured that I was a valued customer and provided us with a brand-new replacement machine to avoid any further delays. Jake, thank you SO much!

Helpful and friendly service. Not 5-stars because I always seem to walk in behind someone else and have to wait as there's only ever one person there to serve.

Went into the store on the 08-06-22 to purchase a bissell spot cleaner the guy in the shop didn't want to show me how it works and told me to goggle a video of it. Then I asked if he would price match the good guys as it was $30 cheaper and told me no they couldn't price match that and just go buy from them. So I did! Disappointed as we have spent thousands in this store on steam mops, tineco floor cleaners and vacuums. With attitudes like this no wonder people buy online.

A couple of years ago I walked out of the store being served by rude Peter. Since then I always peek in first and don't enter when he is there. Unfortunately I did need something straightforward this afternoon so I did walk in and as he was the only salesman there I asked for the product and also if he can explain the difference between 2 with different prices. WOW the attitude which came with the answer, following throwing the cheaper product away plus definitely didn't answer my question. Eventually I told him that he made me walk away from the store previously so could he not do the same again. I walk in with my girlfriend who disappeared with disbelief about his rudeness and couldn't understand why I did purchased from him after how he treated me.

Worst service, help and support. Will never buy anything from this store again. Sorry for those companies who rely on them to sell their product. I will contact Hoover and advise them of this store

Absolute appauling service by the salesman who treats customers as if they totally ignorant and with disrespect. This was the second, and the last time I visited this store. I will certainly not support this store!

Staff were very helpful and didn't try to 'overall' me. And now to put my new vacuum to the test!

Yesterday I had 15 mins to spare. I wanted a quiry answered. I wanted to do a swap with my upright vac for something lighter + smaller. I was told couldn't be done. That's ok. Accepted that but then came the "sell". Got shown few sorts then onto the beauty of them all. But whilst looking at it the salesman said excuse me + left us to race over to attend another customer. He spent 5 minutes with them, made a sale I think, bought them over to the counter etc. We were left holding onto the beauty that we couldn't turn off. The second sales person was on the phone but managed to lean over + turn it off. First one came back saying did I show you how it works with dog hair? (as tho he hadn't left us) Promptly put hair around on chair + carpet. Yes it worked wonders this vac but I was not in the market to spend that much. I left a tiny bit disgruntled.

I appreciate it's great customer service here in Godfreys! The bloke explained the difference between each product! We bought a good quality vacuum cleaner and it's a good product! Keep it up!

Popped in with a blocked pipe - and they didn’t hesitate to help and unblock - very lovely will always go back for new purchases

Purchased a Hoover Dual Steam Plus, staff were very helpful & lovely. Steam mop is fantastic! It's a breeze to use & having all the extra connections is a bonus.very happy

Served by Kerry he had excellent product knowledge, courteous his efficiency was the best I have witnessed in quite some time couldn't shop anywhere else

Staff person Terry called me a f, wit in front of 20 people outside front of store after returning back outside 2nd time. I told other staff member do I need to have friends with me every time he is working & please get franchise owner to ring Monday. No call received. Contacted godfrey's customer service explained Terry's verbal humiliation in front of piers and just wanted apology area manager contacted store and told me owner said there would be no apology. When I asked to talk to area manager, told me he would call back never did. Owner said get your vacuum Friday as Terry would not be there making sure Terry would not loose control again
