The service here has been slowly getting worse over the last year, now its just painful. Whose genius idea was it to try running the whole bowling alley through 1 counter?

Every time we tried to buy a drink we had to wait around 10 mins in a massive line. We gave up on ordering food as well cos pretty much everything was 'unavailable’, seemed like the lady serving couldn't be bothered cooking anything that wasn't deep fried.

We won't be coming back.

Do not go, went for an end of year 6 graduation party on Friday 24th Nov, under staffed and rude, no food what we paid for, drunk old men who were swearing at children and vomiting. Worse experience.

This venue has been my families favourite place to go for years even when my children were little kids until now. Being school holidays I have taken my grandchildren twice this week as they love bowling. But this will be the last time. I was at the counter waiting to be served for over ten minutes two people finally come out of god knows where still in conversation whilst serving when the young kid said what’s up! Now I have never in my 60 years of living been served like this, still in conversation with I presume the manager going off other reviews as she has blue hair, swearing and having a good old whinge about staff that work for them found this quite rude. If you are going to sack someone tell them not gossip about it so clientele can hear. Not sure what is happening with the venue it use to be super friendly and great service. Cant tell who works there to who doesn’t as so many people behind the counter no clear uniform, playboy short shorts and gym pants that there bottom is eating is not appealing one bit. Multiple children running round and round the counter area rolling on carpet it’s like being at the zoo. Our alley stop working and I walked up to the desk to ask for help cannot find any staff to help anywhere a lady comes out eventually and is extremely rude when i was explaining what had happened her reply caught me off guard I know what I’m doing I do work here rolling her eyes and shaking her head, I was flabbergasted is this what customer service has come too. We will not be returning as this outing isn’t cheap with three grandchildren to be spoke to with such rudeness especially when I am a paying customer is just down right rude.

Manager with Blue Hair lets her kids answer the phones and cash off customers. Kids are running in and out the manager office and she clearly has favouritism towards league player. Service was trash. We where kicked out before we could finish our games when they let league players stay in the establishment upwards of 45 minutes after close.

Awesome and severely underrated fun, lovely staff and fantastic atmosphere. Highly recommend if you ever have an hour or two "spare"

Kids hadva great time, staff despite being so busy were accomodating, friendly and helpful.

I do like coming here, it's a great place for a bit of fun. But please please please put out some hand sanitiser at all lanes. Covid is everywhere and not a sanitising bottle to be seen.

Good way to kill time and have great fun

Took my daughter here and as usual had a pretty good time bowling. We booked by phone to ensure we had a time/lane as it was school holidays and this was easily taken care of.

The reception staff upon arrival were polite and courteous and helpful with their information. The lanes were clean and tidy and all in good working order for our bowling and so we had a great 90 mins there. Good way to spend some time and have fun for a good price

So apparently “Covid” prevents this business from giving 10yr olds a glass of tap water! They insisted that we could only get tap water if we booked a party! Bit low to use Covid as an excuse to fleece customers!

Got a great prices from bookme.com.the staff were great my shoes where new.lol and my bowling ball worked well And I wish I owned a proper reactive spin ball. ️

All round it was ok. Not great selection of food & prices were quite expensive. Game prices were ok. Hard to find right shoe sizes

First time bowling here with my family Great experience! Ordered food and drinks, food was yummy and our mocktails were really good and refreshing despite it being a cold day! Would get them again. Staff were very friendly, nice and helpful l We will definitely be back

Ball selection not the best an awful lot of smalls that you can't get your fingers into.you have to wear their shoes and because of foot issues ended up in a bit of pain the next day.otherwise staff really friendly and a great Cafe for snacks.

Rude unprofessional and poorly trained staff. Failed to inform me of basic important information before taking payment the information they failed to inform me with was no bumpers for kids over 12, that all adults must lift a ball heavier there 9 pounds and they didn’t have any bowling shoes for my 3.5 year old. They refused to give a refund and the staff began getting short with me after demanding a refund. I asked to speak with a manager which wasn’t in today and then they began to read their policy’s out which was not clearly displayed after I had asked for the bumpers up and bowling shoes for my 3.5 year old (with size 6 feet) that they said that they had when I called earlier to confirm.

Very unhappy with my experience there and would not recommend it to anyone, especially families. This was a horrible first bowling experience for my son and left him in tears

Great atmosphere, comfy shoes, a little hard to find a bowling ball that will fit your hand though.

Great location for a heavily night out, and dad can have a couple quiet beverages, grab a pizza or something from the menu, make a night out at a reasonable cost.

We love bowling! The staff are very friendly, clean footwear, clean bowling balls, great atmosphere! Fun for the whole family or just the two of you. Great way to meet new friends - we have!

Enough rows for bowling plus several electronic video games for young and grown up kids. Satisfactory foods and drinks. So something for everyone. Enough car parking space.

Good fun, well maintained equipment the staff are friendly and efficient reasonably priced a good way to spend a couple of hours
