I experienced nothing but lies and a very unprofessional environment.
Over all very dodgy company.
If there a minus 5 star I would have given it.
I approached your company in good faith regarding a window, after many calls and promises many time that you would get back to me, that didn't happen.
If you didn't want the job just say it, by not making a simple call to say that you don't want the work.

Great service, needed a window fixed on a week end, man on the phone was polite and efficient. The man who came out was also courteous and did a very thorough cleaning job of any small bit of glass. I will recommend these people again.
