It's a country hardware store. They keep a fairly limited stock of a variety of items. Friendly staff.
Great store BUT.they need to have a telephone recording that actually says they are closed on certain public holidays. They leave the "please hold and we will be with you shortly" message on days they are closed, but that implies they are actually open, so people go there, only to find it shut. A simple updating of the message for public holiday closures would assist greatly, and costs nothing.
Was working near by and needed some unexpected item’s to complete my job. Dropped in the store and they had everything I needed, and well priced. Service was also really helpful.
They have a great range of pot plants, nicknacks, potting mix, garden equipment, tools, paint and wood. Think it as a mini Bunnings. Helpful staff
I had some trouble finding parts for my garden hose at bunnings with there useless staff, i came to mitre 10 in glasshouse as a last resort and Kyle helped me straight away he was very helpful and kind along with the rest of the helpful mitre10 staff
The staff are friendly and helpful, but I have found a couple of times due to being a, smaller store they just don't stock what I am after (spark plug for the whipper snipper for example) so I have found myself having to drive to a larger hardware store
Mitre 10 Glasshouse Mountains is a fantastic hardware store. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They stock a huge range of quality and useful products and their prices are extremely competitive. I'm so happy that I have a fabulous and handy local hardware store. A successful business requires good customer service, this place has it! When it comes too pricing etc i do not have enough info too warrant a comment.
Very helpful staff. Had the pool water tested here and purchased the chemicals. The service was very good.
The staff are friendly and helpful with little queries. Product is not always available but you can ring ahead. Great parking options available
I had been seeking Nasturtium 'Alaska' seeds or seedlings without success until I visited - they had seeds in stock (were not aware) and service was good. I'm only a little disappointed that the seeds are not for the trailing variety but they will hybridize with the others we have.
