I visit the shop quote often and the customer service truly deserves 5 stars. Shanae is amazing always so friendly and happy to assist in anyway possible. She is definitely an asset to your business.

Purple colour - 7.1 Kadus permanent hair colour and 6.1, you never have them in stock at mermaid waters! They are the ash tones I need. Also 8.1 I need which you probably do have. Can you get these. 1 ash tones in please? I’ve been looking for a year now at your shop but always none there. I wish staff would pass this on to management when it’s always out of stock or at least let me know if they’ll order it or offer some assistance. Been going there for years. They just sell me colours that turn out horrible instead of the ones I want and waste my money every single time. Thanks very much

I walked in today unsure of what to do with my current hair situation, and then Tahlia approached me kindly and offered me a hand. She had such great customer service and had just what i needed to fix my hair. Such lovely service.

I received the warmest welcome today from Tahlia, she advised me what would best help my hair and you can tell she knows exactly what shes talking about! Very knowledgeable and friendly.

A massive shout out to Angela from Glamaco Mermaid Waters. Had big problems trying to login to my online account which it wouldn't allow me to do. Angela went above and beyond to get this fixed for me. I cant thank her enough for all her help and advise she has given me over the years. An absolute asset to the company!

I went there when recently visiting Qld, from NSW. I was looking for some toner for my brassy hair.something to blend it a bit more with my natural colour while growing it out. A lovely girl there suggested a toner for me, that has turned out to be PERFECT. Exactly the colour I like. Hairdressers struggle to get it right, but she was spot on with her suggestion. Very happy

Came to glamCo to have a few items exchanged, I was approached by Angela who was just the most amazing and loveliest person to have helped me. She made my experience, shopping at glamCo wonderful. If there was more stars I would have given her a 10/10, she was well trained, experienced and most of all professional with respect towards me.
