Been in store twice over this crazy Christmas week feeling very insecure about my hair and both Steph and Bec have been amazing to me. So informative and approachable which can be challenging to find in the industry these days. Feeling much more confident

Had such an amazing experience at the Browns Plains store with Stef today. I went in looking for hair care advice and products and Stef was more than happy to help. Stef explained each product and its benefits and helped with a different variety of treatments to tame my crazy hair. Felt very welcomed. Definitely will be a return customer. Thank you Stef for going above and beyond.

I unfortunately didn’t get the lady’s name but she had black hair with pink and blue in it but she was by far the best person I have ever spoken to at glamco browns plains she was so so so helpful and fixed my problem 100%. If she gets to see this I just wanna say thank you so so much my hair is now exactly how I wanted it

The staff were so friendly and helpful, despite being very busy on a Saturday. I needed advice on dying my hair and the first staff member specifically found a colleague that was a hair dresser because she wanted to make sure I was given the best information. The second staff member was very informative and genuinely happy to help. Thanks girls! I'm excited and a little more confident to dye my hair now

Always has great customer service! I could easily go somewhere closer to home but the staff are always friendly and helpful.
Today Cali helped me find a dry shampoo that'd be good for my hair, was super friendly, asked how I was and how my day was.
