I visited the Arana Hills store this week and was served by Teagan. Her humour and helpfulness was above and beyond. She was honest about her not being a hairdresser and sought advice from her manager and they collectively worked together and my hair has never looked better.
I will visit again, the vibe there is immaculate!
Teagan is an asset to the team and I can’t wait to come back!

Oh, where do I even start with Glamaco Arana Hills? Imagine a realm where Rapunzel meets Einstein – that's right, a place of brilliant minds with fabulous hair and beauty. Now, I may be biased, but hear me out. Every time I step into the store, pretending I need a top-up on my non-existent hairspray, I witness firsthand the magic that is 'customer service' in this place. Sharon, the maestro of hair-related wizardry, doesn't just 'manage' the store. Oh no, she's the pulse of the place, weaving in relationships, advice, and the kind of camaraderie you’d expect in a sitcom coffee shop.

Customers don't merely 'visit' Glamaco. They come as pilgrims, seeking of someone who knows their way around every strand of hair like a cartographer charting undiscovered lands. Their return isn’t a simple visit but a testimony to her unparalleled counsel.

Remember, behind every successful woman is a man, utterly confused about how many types of conditioner there truly can be.

Absolutely lovely staff on Friday 29/09/23. Was made welcome as soon as I walked in the door. Staff weren't pushy and offered amazing advice put into simple terms for those of us who are not in the hair care industry. Also. Price.is amazing. These lovely people deserve a round of applause

Best experience here, Faith helped alot with choosing which colour would work best for me and helping me sign up as a member. Will keep buying my hair products and other beauty supplies here for sure.

Thank you to the 3 lovely ladies for answering all my questions on brushes and new products for my sensitive skin. I love the shampoo/conditioner, I am supper fussy and my hair is so shiny and not a single tingle on my sensivite skin. Love my new brushes too. Thanks again ladies.very happy

Impossible to contact this company. No phone number and they don’t return emails. They must not want my business. That’s ok I’ll go elsewhere.

Needs to update opening to in line with when they are actually open. They don't have a phone number so you can't call ahead to confirm they're still open and haven't closed early. Apart from that, good store and service.

Just putting it out there that I work at GlamaCo Arana Hills. This is by far my favourite group of people I have worked with in my 30+ years of hairdressing. The staff are such a great bunch of girls who always go the extra mile to help when needed. We have a great variety of both salon only and retail products. Come in if you ever need some expert advice on how to treat your hair.and nails.and waxing.or hairdryers.clippers.wax pots etc etc:)

I dealt with Nikita on Sunday at your store, whereby she was going to call me back with relation to product availability at another store. It’s now Wednesday afternoon & I still haven’t heard anything...
Why say you’ll do something when you don’t bother. ?

I had a wonderful experience here. The staff were friendly and help me find exactly what I needed. I only had a picture for reference but the lady I spoke to really took the time to help me choose the right products as well as give me tips on how to achieve my dream hair! Definitely recommend.

Had an amazing experience with Nikita, she is super knowledgeable and super friendly. She recommended a colour for my wife and it turned out perfect. I’ll defiantly be back and I’ll be telling my wife to spread the word.

Asked for help with a toner and picked one that was meant to take my blonde to a pearl color. It was ashy and very dark. I went back and the woman agreed that it came out wrong even after I followed all the instructions. No apology but refund the toner and made me pay for a new one. Speaking to her more, my hairdresser friend believes that she wasn't overly knowledgeable in the first place. Will will never risk going back again. My hair has never been so bad.

Absolutely wonderful staff members and a great range of products. Staff are always cheery and up for a chat. Love this store and would highly recommend to friends and family
