Gladstone Salsa

I was searching for somewhere to get my Bachata / Salsa fix while travelling for work and I discovered this lively Latin dance school.

The class was a high energy, engaging and fun. The instructors were clearly skilled, their passion for dance evident as well.

The camaraderie within the class was a solid plus. Despite being a passing traveller, I was brought into the fold with open arms. I hope they grow into an even bigger community in the future, I'm keen for the return visit!

Great fun with good people in a comfortable atmosphere. Ale is an excellent teacher and makes it easy to learn.

I joined Gladstone Salsa in 2021 looking to get fit while learning how to dance. In just over 12 months Alejandra and her dedicated team have taught me the fundamentals of Bachata, Salsa and Merengue while encouraging me to be the dancer I want to be. The team at Gladstone Salsa are passionate about dance. They take the time to show you and explain the movements required while learning a little bit about the origins of the dances. Gladstone Salsa is a wonderful nurturing environment where like minded people can come together and dance. The laughs and friendships made are a bonus.

Gladstone Salsa has the best atmosphere, attending classes there has been a wonderful experience. Alejandra is an amazing and dedicated teacher whose passion for dance is both addictive and contagious. I'm always looking forward to the last Friday of the month when we get to dance at our famous snd super fun socials for three hours and practise all what we have learnt at class. Having this dance academy opened in Gladstone is such a privilege. Loved it, can't get enough of it

I have always been physically fit but after major back surgery and loosing the feeling of one of my legs I needed to work on just getting active again. I started attending weekly classes at Gladstone Salsa with Alejandra. The best decision I ever made. Not only has it assisted in my recovery but the boost to my confidence has allowed me to feel more in love with music and dance again. Highly recommend. Alejandra has the purest soul and is the most genuine Latin Instructor I have worked with.
