Worst experience coming here, had a doctor lie to me for months and treat me like I was a criminal and then leave after I wanted to make a formal complaint about him, telling me he's moving back to his home country to find out he went to Brisbane instead to avoid said complaints. Then another doctor denied me painkillers for after my surgery even with a letter from Rockhampton hospital stating I need these meds for the pain. So nearly a sleepless week of pain. I highly recommend finding a different medical centre. Just absolutely disgusting!
PS. Noticed they only reply to people in the reviews that have given them 5 stars, instead trying to resolve issues caused by them. How unprofessional.

I would have given 5 stars. The doctors are amazing especially Dr. Abi. My only issue is with some of the staff who works there. The younger ones are pleasant and accommodating but there are 2 older ladies whose demeanour are anything but pleasant. Just saying, don't work for customer service if you don't like dealing with people. Thank you.

Can’t fault these guys my family and I have been going for 20plus years the girls at the front go above and beyond always greeting my family and even booking emergency appointments for us… thank you!

This practice exhibits a fairly high level of confusion and incompetence in some areas. This shows itself through dreadfully long waiting times on arrival (45 minutes + past appointment time) and some personnel with an attitude which could possibly be more 'patient-calming orientated'. One should depart such a place relaxed, as opposed to being tense. Just my humble opinion.

My family and myself have been going to this practice for the last 6yrs. Dr Kaka is amazing and has helped my kids for many years. Every time we have been the girls at the front desk have been more then helpful and accommodating. Many thanks to the girls at the front and the Drs they do a amazing job, Thank you

Dr Ahmed is a great doctor if you can get past the rude front counter older lady she has over charged me and said she can't do anything about it, hung up on my partner when calling up for our whole house having the vomiting bug and just needing a script which we where stuffed around with and not told it was going to be sent to the pharmacy for us, absolutely hate dealing with such a horrible lady.

Always friendly staff especially the girls at the front desk! They do a great job considering how busy they are every day! I think they deserve a pay rise.

Just ridiculous that you have an 815am appointment and you are still sitting here waiting to see a doctor (not regular doctor) had to cancel another appointment due to still being here

I recently had to book an appointment here because I couldn't get into see my normal doctor for another week, was all good and well until I had to re book my appointment for my results today to be picked on by reception for not knowing the doctors name and doctor hoping. Sometimes you have to I couldn't wait a week to see my doctor
Will not be coming back.

Recently relocated here from Brisbane. I used to have a regular doctor who has assisted me with my issues for over two years. I have been through the processes of trying alternative measures, though none have worked. Therefore, I have been on certain medications for well over a year only to be completely turned down by the female doctor at this practice. I have attempted suicide in the past due to extreme anxiety and am completely disgusted by the way I was treated. Did not care. Did not ask me any questions about how severe my anxiety is. Did not inform me of any other coping mechanisms and so now I go home feeling worse than I was prior to my appointment and will have another sleepless night.

Avoid Dr Mamon. Rude and doesn't care. I went there for dizzyness and nausea and he just gave me a radiology referral for Bundaberg stating that they are very busy and won't be able to see me for at least 2 or 3 weeks. I nearly passed out getting off his dirty bed. He didn't even check blood pressure our look into my ears.

Have recently transferred to this Doctor surgery and I'm very happy that I did. Great customer service at front desk and Doctor was very thorough and efficient. Thanks Dr Grover and team!

Have been using this surgery on and off for a few years, staff are always professional friendly and welcoming. Will continue to use long into the future.

Dr Lisha Pollocks has a highly professional demeanour and the same fine attitude you'd expect from GP's of the "old school". Her manner is polite, skilled, thorough and understanding. The lady at the front desk was efficient and pleasant, making the entire experience (apart from the waiting time) quite positive.

Awful phone operator, very rude and snobby. I don't have a doctor so I informed the lady that I was unfamiliar with the process. In return she was very snobby and said to look elsewhere

Staff are friendly, understanding and accommodating. Doctors are wonderful, especially with children.

I have been going to this medical centre for years. I would like to draw attention to the incredible office staff that work there. In particular ‘Chris’ she is always helpful, accommodating and very friendly.

I see Dr Devesh and he is also very friendly and professional and will refer you if needed.

Overall a good family practice.

I was a new patient and needed some of my regular medications filled. I was scrutinised by the female doctor for asking for a script for my stomach reflux.
I did in the end get the scripts i was after, although
I left feeling belittled and disrespected. Experience has turned me off the practice completely. I will drive past gladstone medical centre to visit a doctor that treats their patients with courtesy and respect, which i have now thankfully found.
