Gladstone GP Superclinic

Tried to book a particular doctor online with hotdoc but before I could book I had to accept a pre booking charge on my credit card. I won't be going.

Dr Ban Mohammed was absolutely amazing! She made me feel so comfortable and best dr I’ve ever been to

I genuinely didn't know they don't bulk bill, so Innocently booked an appointment showed up on still copped $50 invoice as no show, money hungry pack of clowns

I had an excellent experience with the clinic. I was able to see a Dr within 2 days notice, that was picked specifically for me. Friendly greeting once I entered. Was able to see my Dr 20 minutes early. The Dr spent time going over my full medical history, gave me the help I needed and even sent me for followup tests to ensure nothing was missed.

If I could give a negative star I would.
Terrible customer service from reception desk. No follow up calls after blood tests etc. Nurses use unnecessary language to make you worry for no reason. Wait times are always an hour +.

This clinic causes me more stress than good. They want your money but do not provide the services you pay for. I do not recommend at all.

If your getting your skin checked here get a second opinion or better yet go to a proper molescan place. I knew it wasn't right when the doctor took just 5 mins and said no your fine just freckly so i went back to my original doctor 5 hrs drive away and he found a basal carsonoma.

Never have I ever been treated so poorly and disrespected by a doctor. I came here for a second opinion and he did not help me at all. I left crying and worst off and a few hours later I ended up in hospital. He had no care factor or for women as he didn’t look me in the eye the whole time.

After being given the run around from another medical centre for a workplace pre-employment medical, the staff at Gladstone GP Superclinic fitted me in at very short notice and helped me complete the final requirements for my new role. Thanks to all involved, friendly and professional! Yes, I will be buying you chocolate from my first pay check, make sure you share it!

I find the team at GP Superclinic great. The Diabetes team has put me on a healthier path with a lot of helpful tips and education.
It is hard to maintain a relationship with a doctor as there is a high turn over.

In this trying time of now wearing face masks again, all businesses i have visited offer a free mask if you don't have one. NOT GP SUPERCLINIC they tell you that you have to buy one from them. Public health Clinic? NO! Profiteering clinic? YES. Disgusted!

All of the staff are amazing. Always super nice and friendly and willing to help. Never have left the clinic without a smile on my face. The reception girls are always smiling when I go in and make me feel very welcome.:)

After 10 minutes on hold, got very short and unhelpful reception staff. As a traveller on the pension, they do not take walk in patients nor do they bulk bill. This is an extremely BELOW super clinic. 0 stars would be more accurate.

Very friendly, always great service from doctors and staff, Always friendly and helpful. Would recommend!

After 3 phone calls and a total of 18 minutes on hold and being hung up on twice. Shame I can't give zero stars

I have always gone here for my family. We have always had good experiences with the Doctors and the staff. Great that they have so many services available, including specialists.

I do not understand how they can justify a $25 fee just to pick up a new prescription from the front desk.

Staff are always friendly and caring, hard to get short notice appointment because they're always booked out but they often go over and above to try and help.

Always have a good experience at the Superclinic. I find the Doctors and all the staff very friendly and professional.

They don't care much about appointments.
Last time I waste my with doctors who show no respect.
