Waited two and half weeks to get a GP appointment. When I did finally see a GP, I was in there 10mins consultation and charged $80 to then get a pittance back from Medicare. Could not get bloods taken by QML pathology. The person was sick and over at the Supaclinic QML had to wait one hour to have bloods taken. Great health system. NOT

Waited 30mins past appointment time, saw Dr Rayi literally 5 mins to get blood results only to be charged $90! Never going back there again

There is a tendency to underestimate the wait time. I realise it is the way of things with all Doctors believing their time is more important. It is still a paid service and one would expect it be treated as such. This surgery mores than others in the area

Dr Rayi is thorough and logical. He takes the time to explain clearly and also listen. He always seems to care about what I think feel and say.

Perhaps the have read some of the reviews and manage their time but i have had no problems. Making appointments are easy using their hotdoc app.

Dr Rayi is amongst the best in Gladstone. I highly recommend.

Dr Rayi is an awesome doctor. Yes, you have to wait. Yes, it's not bulk bilked. However, he is thorough and takes his time with me, and his other patients, so I don't mind waiting. I'm always told how long when I get there, and it's always the same price regardless of time.

You can end up waiting to be seen, but I'm always told how many people are in front. The Doctor I see there, genuinely cares about what's wrong with me. I don't feel like I'm just a pay check to them.

I've never seen the doctor within 40 mins past my appt time. Always wait 40 mins minimum after the time given. Will never go there again.

Stuningly rude, utterly incompetent. Make an appointment wait for almost an hour, no doctor no explination.
