We needed a new oven and couldn’t buy one in our town, after ringing a few places I tried Betta in Gladstone and was lucky enough to speak to Stuart. He found an oven in stock for me and was very flexible with the pick up time. It was ready to collect when we went into the store, paid for it and had it loaded in a few minutes. Absolutely brilliant service, thank you Stuart.

She really knew her stuff and I didn't have to think twice in going with what she had recommended.

This family owned business are brilliant. My family moved to Gladstone in 2007 and needed to purchase pretty much all the white goods for our home - washing machine, fridge, TV, dishwasher, sound system etc. Our experience was excellent and we have been purchasing from them since.

They provided guidance when we refurbished our kitchen and have gone above and beyond when we've needed something urgently (upright freezer purchased and delivered in under 2 hours one time and a fridge same day on another occasion.)

Brent, Bronwyn, Blake and Hayley as the family owners are a fantastic team, the rest of the team uphold their high standards.

Being located in a regional area, they not only support locals through employment but they actively contribute to the community they live in.

It doesn't matter what I'm in need of, I will always check with the team to see if they can get what I'm looking for. They've always been able to get it and I've never paid more than what's advertised by other dealers.

Was served by Blake during the Boxing Day craze. Very knowledgeable young man, spent the time to helped me pick a TV that perfectly suited my needs. Got an amazing deal on an OLED. Quick easy service. Great Family Business.

Massively accommodating, nicest and best customer service, way better than hervey Norman. They went above and beyond, and gave me a free upgrade, due to lack of, stock.

Miles ahead of Harvey Norman for service and advice. Shopping at Harvey Norman is like the movie Idiocracy. It's worse then aldi for service.
