Best bike shop in Cairns hands down. Arrived Cairns from Melbourne and really needed a hand moving my rear derailleur a millimetre but had no tools. Luke, the legend mechanic at Giant, Cairns, was awesome. He took a bike off the stand, put my bike up and had it fixed in no time. Thanks Luke and Giant team. You were great and so friendly. I’ll be back next year for the Cardiac Challenge and will drop in if I have any issues. Legends!
