Came into the shop with a friend tried on some jumpers and bought one was accosted by a very youn sales girl who requested to search my bag, it was very clear in her attitude that she was sure that we stole something, she made me take everything out of my bag. Rude, incompetent staff. Terrible service. Shopped there for the first time, didn't know about their ridiculous return policy. Bought an item for my son, specifically told the staff member if he doesn't like it I'll bring it back. Went to return it 2 hours later, was told they don't do refunds. Manager didn't introduce herself or apologize. Said their policy is 'all over the store'. It's only on this small sign in tiny print, doesn't even specify no refunds. Then called me rude cos I called her out for speaking over me and not letting me speak at all! Pathetic
I was gifted an item from this store and went to exchange for a different size this Friday 1/10 at 1pm. The return took almost 45 minutes due to only having one till and many customers. The staff were extremely rude with all 7 of them doing absolutely nothing and talking loudly about inappropriate activities with each other. Such a terrible experience, will never be shopping there again.
I went into ghanda robina yesterday (16.07.21) and I had the most amazing experience! The staff were so lovely and helped me pick out and outfit for an event I have on this weekend. 10/10 recommend will defiantly return to this store.
The staff that were working today (9.6.21) were incredibly rude. My friend and I came into the store on two separate occasions and we were not greeted by any staff members, they all seemed extremely unhappy to be at work and not one had a smile on their face. My friend was looking at clothing on rack and a staff member abruptly asked her to move out of the way while pushing past her! Will not be coming back to this store.the store in Burleigh provided way better customer service.
