9Was helped by the Lovely Matilda at maroochydores ghanda, the best service I’ve ever had by a retail worker ever.
Bought from Online store warehouse failed to deliver my $82.40 delivery and instead gave me a $5 necklace in its place and then refused to refund me full amount. Worst experience I have ever had with a company and will never be buying from then again. Also the shipping company they use were just as rude and arrogant. Terrible would not suggest you make the same mistake I did. PATHETIC!
I spent a couple of hours at Sunshine Plaza yesterday. A lot of businesses were closing at 5 when they advertised that they were open until 5.30.
Customer service at many stores was extremely disappointing. However how refreshing I walked into Ghanda at 5.15 and the young saleswomen could not be more welcoming or helpful. Congratulations girls you have customer service nailed. I will be back even though I am getting a little old for your clothes!
The staff at Ghanda Maroochydore are absolutely wonderful. I love how they remember me whenever I’m in the store. They are extremely helpful and that’s why I prefer to shop in person at this store and not online.

Good service however, myself and my friends were up from Brisbane for 3 days, we came into the store these 3 days to look at the jumpers and all of these days the jumpers were blocked by boxes of unopened stock.
Rude staff! I was the only person in the store and not one of the three staff members said a word to me.
Really like the colours and styles in store my girlfriend likes shopping here with the atmosphere they bring. Will shop here again definitely
Really like the clothing here however the customer service was so bad at the sunshine plaza store that i almost didn’t purchase anything. The four staff on at the time never acknowledged any customers in the store, were talking amongst themselves for at least 5 minutes while I helped myself to a change room and when I walked up to the counter, the staff member didn’t even say ‘hello’, smile or say thank you. It was like an inconvenience to her that I was buying something! Very poor service, I won’t buy from this store again.
