Ghanda Clothing Cairns

First time visiting Ghanda and what can I say…. My experience was amazing! When I entered the store I was met by a lovely lady named Kim. Kim’s customer service is above and beyond. I told Kim I had never been to the store but liked the aesthetic and didn’t know where to start. Kim helped me every step of the way. When I was trying on clothes she ensured to continue bringing me different sizes as needed and always did it with a smile. Kim found me outfits I never would have picked for myself but they looked amazing on! If I could, I would make Kim my personal shopper.

So I bought a t-shirt/top from them on 09th of may but when I got home it was way too big for me size 8 which usually fits me. I am and my husband are full time workers and lives south of the cairns. So not very often get time to go to central. I kept t-shirt in the bag didn’t even touch it. I went yesterday 03rd of June so that I can just exchange with number 6. They showed me return policy not mentioned anywhere exchange policy. I said I know 21 days past but I am not returning just exchanging. Where it says exchange policy. The gl on the counter said if I exchange the manager will come to me. I can understand her situation. So it was my first and last purchase from them. Very disappointed.
Note: Do not surprise if they add exchange policy alone with return policy now

My experience couldn't have been better! I have terrible anxiety shopping for clothes but the staff here made me feel very welcome and happy, especially that lady with the lip piercing:) Keep up the good work guys

Great Staff. Very friendly and welcoming. Awesome clothing and assessories. Store needs to be bigger as it's hard to get around and it's so squishy.

Girls really need to work on their customer service training! When I was lining up behind an friendly older lady the employee barely spoke to her, didn’t smile or even look her in the eye and when it was my turn to be served, I was expecting the same treatment but her attitude totally shifted. Not sure what the go was there, but felt a bit ageist?

Amazing first-class service. I wanted to buy another of my favourite Ghanda tops. I couldn't find it at their on-line store, but helpful Cindy sourced one at the Cairns branch. Unfortunately I'm in Darwin, but beautiful Kim was so helpful at the Cairns store. Over the phone, she located the top I wanted, put it aside for me, and when I managed to find a kind friend to pick it up during lunchtime she wrote the friends name by the top. I am so grateful. I adore Ghanda clothing and the Cairns store is the best. And Kim rocks! Many thanks

Horrible management. After a work trial, I called three times to ask if they were hiring me and three times the manager wasn't there, but they would call me back with an answer. I never heard back from them. Complete waste of time and effort. Also, the clothes are of horrible quality.

Friendly staffs depends on who you meet the day you went. The store is neat and tidy. Cute clothe designs and love the vibe of the store

Stay away from this new store! After only one wash my daughters two $30 each t-shirts went from a size 8 to a size 14 and faded from black to grey! There is no way that this rubbish quality clothing is made in Australia as they claim! The t-shirts that we buy when we go to Bali are much better quality! So I went back today to return the t-shirts along with the bag that they upsell upon purchase which had a big hole down one side where it hadn’t been stitched only to be told that even though I paid cash I couldn’t have a cash refund as it is against company policy! Interestingly enough it is also against the law! So I didn’t bother arguing with the very young sales assistance/store manager but instead accepted my gift card valid for only 3 months and left the store! I think that consumer affairs might be my next stop!
