Ghanda Clothing

I am a frequent shopper here and have always had positive experiences the clothes are great and the prices are reasonable. The staff on today were extremely lovely and helpful. The indigenous girl that served me on the register today hands down 10/10 for customer service she is a credit to your store.

However I do have a bone to pick with the layout of your store, as i don’t believe it’s accessible for everyone especially parents with prams or people in wheelchairs which i find disappointing. Nonetheless I will continue to support you just something to consider.

Not only is this my favourite clothing company, but the Chermside store in particular have the most amazing staff! Was served by a super friendly person only on their second shift and they made the whole experience so much better with their incredible customer service and good sense of humour. On top of that, I lost an earring and the staff went above and beyond to find it despite it being a busy Saturday. Absolute slay behaviour. Keep slaying Ghanda Chermside xx

1 particular rude staff member, others a bit friendlier. Took a while for a changing room

Went here for the first time and was met with such rude customer service, Sassy and disgusting attitudes. I'm a Store Manager for another brand and would be disgusted if the staff here worked for me. Simple reasons why your customer retention isn't high and your rating at this store is low would be customer service.
The Area manager should address immediately and give them a reality check. Don't be rude to paying customers. I never did anything to deserve the treatment I got and unfortunately it was the majority of the staff who had the same attitude. Maybe it's the management fault as yourstaff are only as good as the person in charge. I hope this is a wake up call.

I went into Ghanda today to buy some gifts for my brother. A lovely worker Brynna was incredibly friendly and helpful! Really grateful for her kindness today!

Love their clothes so much but they really need to expand their store it’s way too small especially the change rooms! They’ve definitely grown with customers so i think they really need a larger space and a real line up for change rooms.

Two change rooms in the entire store is ridiculous. The staff were excellent and I hate that they have to wear customers frustrations because of decisions that were made at a higher level. Who ever designed the story make a huge error in judgement by only putting in two change rooms and one pay point. Do your staff a service and fix this ASAP, even a pop up tent change room would help at this point.

Love the brand Ghanda however rude staff members at Chermside, wouldn’t let me complete my purchase without giving them my email address after I told them I didn’t want to give out my personal details.

Love the experience in Ghanda and usually find something each visit. 4 stars only because one of my favourite style tops broke within 3 washes, elastic/stitching pulled and holes appeared. Although all my pants have done really well!

Absolutely disappointing. I have shopped at your Torquay store from the opening of Ghanda and never have I been so disappointed in the brand, their policies and who they employ.

Asked a lady to get something off a mani for me and apologised as it is the only one I could see. She then went over to look as if she didn’t believe me and came back with a complete from size saying this is the smallest even tho my size was on the mani. After trying stuff on I walked out with everything and not one person who worked there asked if I need help putting stuff back so I had to walk around and put everything back myself. After purchasing I noticed the security tag wasn’t taken off so I went back to have to line up in a line backed up to the door and not one staff member greeted me to ask if I needed help not even the girl who popped my sale through.

Just came into Chermiside Ghanda and wanted to review Nikky who was AMAZING with her customer service, she was so helpful and attentive and she deserves a pat on the back!

Absolutely in love with Ghanda! Finally found a style that suits me, All the workers are so lovely and friendly 1000/1000 ️

Lovely girls in the store that keep making me want to come back! They are so helpful and I highly recommend shopping here if you love great customer service and gorgeous jumpers.

Always loved shopping at Ghanda. However the first weekend of retailers reopening during Covid-19 and they arent abiding by the stores 15 person policy or 1.5 metre rule. Staff couldn't care less. Disappointed.

I went in with photos of what the kids were after. I showed the girl and she grabbed everything I needed in the sizes I needed. Made it super easy to get in and out and continue the Xmas shopping elsewhere in the centre.

Cranky sales assistant telling me no children in the chsnging room yesterday, like who the hell are we supposed to leave our babies with? Strangers? Then to be told my daughter wasn’t allowed back into her changing room when my other daughter was already in there, when she ducked out to get another item! W t h!
