Thank you so much to the lovely Cloe from the moment we walked in you had the biggest smile on your face and you were so helpful in helping me and my kids with sizes and clothes! We will be back because of you!

Usually the staff are very nice, but today a staff member was very rude and confrontational to me. People that saw the conversation came up to me asking what happened because of how angry the staff member sounded.

I will shop at the plaza Ghanda next time.

Came in on Wednesday with my grandsons. One young girl was working seemed by herself. Store was very busy, all the changing rooms were full and customers at the counter. The girl working still greeted us and checked on my grandsons while they tried things on.
Clothes are wonderful, two jumpers and top each. Boys are happy.

The girl working was great but needs more staff to help customers!

Look some people are complaining about the refunds and how you can't return it.well then don't buy it then if you don't like it.there's changing rooms for a reason and i know for a fact all of you aren't bothered to try it on in there so you just tried it at home- but it doesn't fit.it isn't their fault.it's your fault.all n all i love their clothes: they are aesthetically pleasing, has a 90s vibe and they're quarter zip tops are just beautiful.

Buyers be warned, their return policy is outdated! Shopped there on the weekend, told the girl I was from Rocky (6-7 hours away) and bought 3 shirts for my dad. At no point did she warn me if they didn't fit that I could only exchange these or get a store credit. Unfortunately they didn't fit and they won't refund! Their store policy is decades behind others these days! Especially for an online store. If people are going to take a gamble on your items online, they need to know if they aren't happy that they can at least get their money back! I will never buy from this store again.

Have become a regular here. Such good prices and good quality kidswear and the girls are always so friendly and helpful every time we’re in!

This is my new favorite shop! Love all of the clothes and that they are actually really affordable prices! The staff are super welcoming and have a good vibe.

I'm a local, the sales assistant just now 14/9/19 at 4.50pm was really rude to me and my partner. I made a purchase after waiting for the cashier to finish having a chat about babies to the previous customer. During this time My partner was trying on shirts and we went to leave the store, leaving the shirts in the change room, we got close to the door the cashier just said " your not taking those shirts" while looking at us walking out, we said "no thanks", of which she just turned away and went to the back area of the store.

No thanks for coming.
