Have used GMT for years with all our sales campaigns and more recently Hannah has been awesome advising and directing our campaigns very effectively with great results.

We recently had the pleasure of interacting with Arthur at Get More Traffic, and we felt compelled to share our positive experience. Arthur has proven to be an invaluable asset to the company, and his outstanding customer service has left a lasting impression on us at All4Aus Rooftop Tents.

We are currently using SEO’s with GMT. We have found them to be polite, professional and knowledgeable. Although it was a bit of a slow start the current outcomes are very positive and we have moved up to page 1 rankings thanks to GMT. Maria has been a pleasure to deal with and is informative and guides you through the latest happenings.

Onboarding call set high expectations and results. Unfortunately the promised metrics like conversion tracking and detailed granular marketing (allocate budget to days that performed better) was never implemented. Whilst we noticed a slight increase to traffic, none of it was able to be tracked so return on spend was a complete guessing game. The campaign was set and forget, constantly emailed and called through for updates and when tweaks would be made. The service you receive does not match the money you spend. We left and as services that were advertised were not implemented used that as a way to exit our agreement. Plenty of learnings to of come from this. Be prepared to do a lot of chasing up for any work to be completed.

Very disapointed with this company and their practices. After outsourcing to Get More Traffic to manage my PPC campaigns (which I had originally set up myself) for several months, I had noticed that the company was not doing anything at all to optimise my campaigns.

The company will also constantly call you to sign you up for additional services (SEO) even after telling them that you do not wish to.

I have emailed them to cancel my account, however, they are refusing to honour my request and have continued to charge my account anyway.

Please avoid this company.

If you're reading this, do not use this service. I paid them to increase my traffic - I found their results over many months was far outweighed by their price and their services unprofessional. Now as I unwind and repair what they've done i'm noticing mistakes, misspelling, and outright lies on my ads for which I very well may have been made liable if anyone had called me out on them. It's ONLY my current lack of bandwidth and budget that prevents me contacting Fair Trade, media, or solicitors. I lied and said i'd give them a good review in order to avoid troubles with ending my contract but this is all truth. Again and as firmly as I can state: Do not use this service.

Initially this company was terrible due to team members coming and going. I voiced my concerns and was assigned Anthony who has been absolutely fantastic. He genuinely listened to my concerns and proved to me with actions, that my concerns were genuine, and my business, NZ Survivor was a valuable customer. I am really impressed with his ability, follow-through, results to date and integrity.

David is helping me out with my campaign and is being very helpful with weekly to a fortnightly phone calls.

Kate has been looking after my gardening and property maintenance business for more then a year and she is second to none. Uses initiative and easy to talk to and she actually cares about her clients. My business has never had so many calls. Kate is the best in the business.

I hesitantly took on get more traffic after having run of terrible marketing companies who just took my money with no care if the marketing work.

I have been with them for 2 months now and have seen a huge increase in online traffic and sales and can say that for the time being that they have kept their word and done exactly what they said and will continue on with them for the foreseeable future.

They have also been fantastic in keeping my up to date on my campaigns and Dylan was fantastic on our call getting some changes made and implemented for upcoming sales.

I see that I am not the only one that has been charged for weeks without the team doing anything. They then refuse to credit me for future work when they do set the account up. They would rather steal the money than work with us for an entire season of ad spend. Nice business model, scammers

Have been working with the team from Get More Traffic for a number of months now.
I engage them on two levels, one for my Google Adds management
And just recently for my SEO Keywords optimisation.
I have been a small to medium Business owner for 7 years, and have certainly had nothing but varying levels of success. Mostly you pay a monthly fee and it is set and forget.
All enthusiasm, in the beginning with what and how things will be delivered
And then when you are sold in things go quiet.
So this time round whilst setting up an owner operated business and past experience under my belt I wanted to do things differently.
So I have been far more savy with utilising the reports and the information available to me. The resources Get More Traffic Provides is great, but it is up to you the business owner to get your moneys worth.

I know what my business and marketing goals are, and no one is passionate about my business like me. So it is my job to work with the guys at GMT so they don’t only understand what my business is, but it’s why, it’s goals, and it’s passions.

We walked through the problem - which highlighted some major issues I needed to address to increase my conversions, plus some issues I could assist with Thier end.

But can I say
This is MY BUSINESS if I am building a house I engage a builder I would not just pay him the money, hope all goes to Spec and turn up on lock up. If I have not been active, engaged and present in every step of the process then I can’t be surprised when I don’t don’t get what I wanted or wrong kitchen, tiles, paint.

I view the same. I want to know what I am spending my money on, that it is moving as fast as possible to my business goals - and we are all singing from the samd song sheet.
How can I help move the process faster- booking in a weekly meeting with each team and actioning what is required.

After all this is a business partnership, no owner can ever expect that a remote provider can be across a business as you are.
From a value for money, and responsiveness, reports communication, team with the skills etc

Seemingly endless proxy numbers they use to call. I block a new one but will get a call the next day on a different number. Really really don’t want their services. Have told them verbally that I’m not interested, and also tried blocking.

Beware SCAMMERS! They promise to deliver but do not, there campaigns are useless, all they want is your money and if they don’t get there money they will threaten you! Worst company to deal with for your business. Do not use unless you want to waste money & time.
Bunch of cowboys thinking they know what there doing bunch of scammers.

We had a really bad experience with Get More Traffic. We basically caught them out having done absolutely nothing for us, despite very regular fees being paid.
Eventually we received a partial refund, but it was like pulling your own fingernails out.
After the fact a crisis resolving person (well, an American) contacted us to talk about our experience to help them understand what went wrong. We had a longer and more intelligent exchange with him than with any other part of the Get More Team. We appreciate him reaching out to try to get to the bottom of our grievances.
Hopefully they are able to address their issues and improve their service delivery in the future.
