Beautiful cabinetry and professional, quick & efficient service. We had bathrooms, laundry and kitchen done by these guys and cannot fault them. Jeri and his team did an excellent job and we highly recommend.

Great experience, great product, great service! The team at Germancraft have been absolutely amazing. Natasha, part of the design team, was only too happy to help create solutions for our bathroom. Natasha listened to our needs and suggested products and finishes that we loved. We were always welcome to make time with Natasha to vist the extensive showroom. When it came to install, Craig and his team gave a great deal of attention to detail and professionalism. There was one small issue during install, but the Germancraft team sprung into action to remedy it immediately. I have been incredibly happy with the whole experience, from conception to completion. I can’t recommend Germancraft enough!

Your design service and discussions, resulted in the perfect execution of the kitchen that we had always dreamed of. The showroom was a great place to start, providing outstanding customer service by everyone during the process of designing our kitchen. The delivery was on time, and any potential set backs that arose, were overcome immediately and scheduled to fit in with our busy lifestyle. Natasha delivered so many options during the design, and the selection was made easier by Germancraft's team providing same day communication on the many changes to our ideas. Nothing ever became a problem, as they had the solutions every time.

Have used Germancraft twice both for our kitchen and then laundry and bathrooms. We live on the north side of Brisbane and they were always happy to come out and resolve any issues - we loved our new cabinets and benches everyone who came to our house was truly impressed with the quality of the work - thank you would recommend you to anyone who wants a quality kitchen finish.

Absolutely without a doubt the worst customer service. Incompetent service, rude employees and constant mistakes. Worst of all the owner of this business, is an entitled pig of a man. Instead of assisting a regular customer, who has spent a lot of money for their services, belittled and spoke down to the people buying his products. The best part of it all, the entire phone call he spoke about himself and how amazing he was, what a joke. To quote him “I am a self made man, who has been in this industry for years. You wouldn’t know what it is like a successful business man unlike myself” you get the picture.
The owner of this business should be ashamed of himself, he not only is a disgrace to the industry he is an entitled man who believe she is something he is not.he has no right to speak to people that way, no matter their self made success and competence as a business women.
He and his company are disgusting, used multiple time and when it all got too hard they suddenly became liars and everything suddenflg turned to rude phone calls and degrading comments.

The team were able to create a good design to fit our budget and to suit our needs. They listened to what we wanted and now our kitchen has twice the space it used to! The cabinets look great and are so functional.

Germancraft built my new cabinets for my kitchen and I went in for a visit to make some initial changes to my cabinetry. The girl assigned to my kitchen made my changes to her drawing with a pink pen. Then, she asked me to sign the drawings and I said the changes should be made first. She said if I just signed them then they could get the ball rolling but I could still make any necessary changes to the plans. This was well and truly long before they needed to be ready and built. When I called to ask why the changes weren't made to the plans the girl not only had no recollection of any pink pen changes being made but added, "If you want to make any changes now, you'll have to go through your builder. " That meant, I would have to pay (a lot) to make the changes. The kitchen looks great but is not functional. I'm not new to the building trade as I've constructed many homes (9) and have never had this problem before. I will now have to hire another kitchen company to amend their work. Would not recommend them!

Germancraft Cabinets could not be bothered to come out and quote for the wealthiest customer on the coast.
