Put in my laptop in for data recovery, but was futile as HP did a formatting on my C drive losing my save files.

But otherwise good support and non charges incurred which I'm thankful for.

Will be coming back here in the meantime

Prompt in their response and getting a technician booked in. Arrived on time, fixed the issue quickly and efficiently.

Amy and her team set up a new ASUS laptop to replace one that I purchased from her 8 years ago. They transferred all of my files and programs, including the backup system. and ask questions which was well worth it. Very good. I find both Amy and Murray really trustworthy with looking after any issues I can't solve. They are always willing to give good honest help and service.

Amy was very honest in her appraisal of my lap top and thorough in the repairs that she carried out and a general clean up of the machine. It hasn't run so well since it was new.
