One of my friends took me to her Wednesday night pole class just for fun and straight away I was obsessed. Amazing work out and so much fun. Muscles I didn’t even know I had were sore but it felt amazing. Highly recommend to anyone looking for something fun and creative that’s also good exercise!

The owner Ash is fantastic. She's always full of energy and ready to help you reach your pole goals. All the instructors are amazing! They each focus on different things (i.e. Flow, routine, flexibility) helping you to become better at poledancing all round. So happy that I came across this studio:)
