Excellent sales, and matched the price of the Good Guys, and that was quite significant, so was much appreciated. After a glitch with getting the washing machine working, the manager went out of his way to come to my house, and get it working, after I was admittedly, very unhappy about this problem. This was also very much appreciated and turned what was going to be a very upsetting day, into a much better one. My only feedback is even in this very difficult staffing/financial climate time, a positive voice, and a "let me help you no matter what it takes" attitude, instead of "I am too busy for this" is all it takes to calm upset customers. I appreciate that the manager did this, and other staff were probably very busy, but it did make all the difference. I recommend you shop here and support this local business.

Our fridge stopped working last night. Next day the Gatton Betta team were very understanding and arranged purchase and delivery of new fridge that day. That is service! Peter

How good is it dealing local. Washer sh#t itself last night. Contact Aaron and Ken first thing this morning and had one delivered before 9am. Top shelf guys.

Yeah went to the store a month ago to get a fridge but there wasn’t any in stock. A lady asked for my first name and said she’ll call me back when there’s stock. Waited for a month but nobody called back. So i called back and a guy named ken picked up, sounded so impatient and annoyed by me when i asked him to repeat the price again. Then i asked if thrs any other brand available other than kelvinator and he was like “alright mate look we only have this brand for now. And we only take last name. Not first name”. I said “a girl wrote down my first name not last name” but he insisted i was wrong ‍ im not buying from this store he just lost a potential customer

Purchased a new heat pump dryer online. The store called me not soon after to advise they only had display stock available or I could wait for the next order. I was fine with the display stock and delivery was organsied over the phone and delivered to my door within 2 days. Great service and I am in love with my new dryer. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service served by Jordan! I knew exactly what i wanted. They price matched my fridge, plus gave me a great deal in dishwasher that beat anywhere else.

Bought a fridge from Betta Electrical Gatton 2 months ago and their service was excellent. So helpful and the staff member that delivered it for me spent a lot of time with me showing me features and helped me move my old fridge Would have no hesitation at all shopping there again

We bought a phone in for exchange as the Caller No Id did not work,
as tested by Telstra and Cameron tested the phone for us, and when I
rang back he agreed that indeed it did not work and would refund the price or replace it. When we went in again, Cameron was not there, but
both staff did not believe me and tried to ring Cameron without success, to check my story. One staff said that he had rung Uniden who told them that it was not supposed to work all the time! Right! Both staff 'ganged'up on us make us feel that we were trying to cheat the shop. Finally when my husband told them he paid $6 a month to Telstra for the service he expected it to work, we got our money back. We definitely were not about to exchange the phone and risk being treated like that again. We do not intend to shop there again ever.to exchange the phone and risk being treated like that again

So far we have bought a TV and now a microwave as well as a washing machine and April has been excellent in customer service and friendliness would not shop anywhere else terrific staff equals a great business
