Gasoline Alley Harley-Davidson Springwood reviews
58Helen was great very knowledgeable and professional in every aspect from sales right through to the motorcycle upgrades and accessories. I won't deal with anyone else but helen
Myself and my wife recently purchased a second hand bike from Gasoline Alley. Chad, Julie and the team were awesome and made the process easy and hassle free.
I would highly recommend Gasoline Alley for any purchase they are professional friendly, understanding and willing to help.
Thanks Gasoline Alley team we love the bike.
Fantastic Dealership with a great Team that have been supporting my bikes and I for 5 years. The team at Gasoline Alley break the stereotype of Car/Bike dealers by supporting your purchase without ever being pushy. I like visiting the dealership a little too much according to my bank balance. Highly recommended.
Great dealership full of fantastic people who go out of their way to make your purchasing experience go seemlessly. Highly recommended
I took my bike here for a service after having multiple bad experiences in the valley. I was super nervous about having the same issues but Chris and the team were absolutely outstanding. Super helpful, friendly and professional. Thankyou for being so wonderful!
Was only there with a mate to pick up his new bike the sales team seem to friendly enough and the shop has a nice layout the cafe on the premises was ok if you're in the market to buy a new bike I would definitely give them a go
Been to this dealership twice, about 3 years to buy a bike and was fobbed off so went elsewhere. Came back today to get some help and advice with a couple issues with my bike and again fobbed off, given rubbish reasons about the issues rather then focusing on trying to diagnose the problem or to actually help me. Old mate couldn’t even be bothered to book me in for a service
Came all the way from the States to get an Aussie themed H/D T-shirt. Very helpful gent went over and above and we found the perfect shirt! Next time maybe something more than a T-shirt.
Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They make you feel very welcome. I would send anybody there if they are looking to buy a Harley.
Lost some good staff, there use to be a silver haired fella ages back who got me onto the place originally. I still pop in to visit but the customer experience is no longer what it once was for me. Still a lot of friendly and helpful staff here so don’t be deterred, all customer shopping experience expectations vary from customer to customer
Beautiful bikes for sale. Great range of merchandise. Super friendly and knowledgeable crew.
And you can grab a coffee and outside seating is great.
Just drove in for a look around. Unlike others, Helen and Julie weren’t judgmental about me and offered a test ride even without asking for it. Brought home a brand new 2020 breakout the next week
Allen in Spare Parts is second to none for chasing up obscure and genuine HD parts!
I’ve never been fobbed and he’s on the ball. Do your Harley Ruder’s arse a favour!
I just want to say that The service at Gasoline Alley never fails Patrick you did a amazing job organising all my new parts for my bike and the workshop did a fantastic job fitting all the new parts, my bike looks amazing thanks guys Regards Arty
GAHD is always immaculate every time my husband & I visit. The cafe does lovely coffee milkshakes!
Went in to buy a motorbike, took it for a test drive which was amazing. Great service from the sales team! I pretty much fell in love with the bike.
However, went to purchase the vehicle and the finance team was completely non-negotiable because my company ABN is less than 2 years old (16 months old). I just bought a house over a million $$ with a full mortgage but Harley Davison finance wouldn’t even consider me for a $30k bike. You could walk into BMW, Suzuki, Yamaha, etc and they would do anything to give you the sale and would negotiate a deal. The finance lady at HD just wouldn’t have any of it which was extremely disappointing.
Needless to say, I will not be considering a Harley in the future. Such a sour taste from this experience that it has completely turned me off towards these bikes. If you want to buy, get finance elsewhere.
I have mixed feelings about my experiences here. I was interested in chatting about financing a 48, I walked in and the shop is stunning, however the sales guys were only interested in chatting to their biker mates instead of approaching me. I didn’t feel comfortable interrupting their conversations, the cafe however is great and the staff are super friendly. Granted I don’t look like the typical Harley rider but surely your sales guys would be more interested in investing in possible new young additions to the Harley family.
Honestly can't fault this place, such a great vibe, everyone is so friendly and helpful. Feels like a home away from home!
What great service I rang Thursday 27th January 2022 looking for a particular leather vest, I was put through to online shopping and spoke with a extremely nice lady who was very polite and helpful they had three in stock and after paying for it the lady told me it would go out on Fridays post it arrived Monday 31st great people and excellent service
Won’t be using GAHD any more. Where’s your customer service gone guys? Have 2 HD’s, first one an 05 model which is now apparently “too old” for them to service. And an 84 model FXR which they won’t even fit tyres to because of the age of the bike. Really? My business is going elsewhere.
