Jody and Sean are two of the kindest, most generous and most pet-knowledgeable people you will meet. They are an absolute font of information on caring for our new Conure (had previously only had dogs) and our fish - Jody has happily spent much time explaining all aspects of good bird care. Their shop has everything you could need - highly recommend.

Best pet shop on the Sunshine Coast. As a new reptile owner, both Sean and Jodie helped set this up correctly and have been an ongoing source of advice and knowledge. I also have aquariums and will not go anywhere else! They are so welcoming and the shop looks amazing with all the changes they have made.

Our kids wanted have a bird as their first pet, before we decided, they went there for 6 months every weekend to see all the birds and talk to Jodie and Sean. They are always welcoming and friendly, giving kids all the advice and time to think.
We finally got amazing caique parrot named Paco and we couldn’t wish for a better bird.
Highly recommended to go to talk to them if you thinking about having pets. And also you would be surprised how many different types of pets over there!

Sean, Jodie and the team are all amazing, always happy to give advice, and they products they sell are amazing, top line food especially for birds, the animals they sell are top quality beautiful creatures, they genuinely care about all the animals they sell and are extremely knowledgeable.

Sean, Jodie and the team have everything you could ever need for your pets! They even had the sanitising hand gel I needed for my Beardie that all the other pet stores I asked told me didn’t exist. Turns out I just wasn’t asking the right pet store! 10/10!

Every time we visit, the fish and tanks are pristine, the reptiles and birds are the same. Every one does their parts with testing water, checking temperatures, watering plants.

For the owners and crew, it is obvious they care for the animals, they have so much knowledge of their products and are always willing to give a helping hand.

Garden Plus Pet in Caloundra has outstanding customer service and a wide range of products. I first went in there when I got my puppy, Jodie, and Sean were fantastic. They took the time to explain everything I needed to know about caring for a dog, and why I needed certain products. The dog food and toy selection is always great, and I especially love that they support a lot of local Australian brands.

We had an amazing experience today and May and Jodie were so helpful. They spent a lot of time with us showing us different birds and teaching us SO much about what is involved with owning a bird and the commitment and training required.
