I ordered online for pick up at the store. I do not have a local number to contact the store and there were some confusion on the pick up date when I turned up. But the gentleman at the store was so helpful and let me choose a beautiful arrangement for me to bring to dinner with my Godmother. Thank you so much for your help!

Phoned Garden Gate Florists on Friday morning. Lady was friendly. Flowers delivered within an hour and beautifully fresh.

Shop based inside the Marina Mirage. Very reasonable charged. Fresh flower and girls are very welcome to accommodate your wishes.

Do not use this company if you want flowers delivered that day. Despite initially accepting my order, the flowers were not delivered.
They maintain they then sent me a followup email, (to say the flowers could not be delivered), which I did not receive. I was closely watching my emails, as I was surprised the recipient had not thanked me.
They say they will refund me, but the surprise of having flowers delivered on my daughter's birthday is now non existent.
A very disappointing experience.

Really disappointing. Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day the night before as a surprise for the next day to arrive at a place of business. They ring to check that the recipient of that the gift will be at the destination and therefore spoiling the surprise as they communicate they will be unable to get the flowers there before 5pm. They then deliver the flowers at a residence at 5.30pm after I have made 3 calls between 4pm-5.30pm to make the delivery happen. Will be seeking a refund due the terrible experience as the surprise was spoiled from the beginning so what was the point of ordering a surprise bouquet of flowers.

So happy with the service, quality, response and turnover time. I added a personalised message that should not have been sent to a work place… having the note hand written has made it a 120% better. Absolutely love it!

We contacted Samantha at the last moment the day before our wedding. We definitely set her a challenge with the amount of arrangements we required at such short notice. We didn’t get to see her work until the day but she absolutely knocked it out of the park. Creative with a can do attitude and amazing eye for detail. We will definitely be recommending in the future!

Bought flowers for my friend’s birthday and my friend got that flowers and msg me with flower picture and it was really disappointing when I looked at the flower picture! I’m super disappointing with the flowers. It’s quiet different with website picture flowers. I do understand that it can’t be the same 100% excatly like website pictures as the flowers market will be different conditions everyday but i never guessing it would be very different way so much like this I’m so so disappointing with flowers quality also with delivery notifications service.
I actually already unhappy with their delivery updating service but if the flowers was good or at least okay I wouldn’t leave the review on here. Not gonna recommend this place to anyone.

Credit where credits due the flowers were great and really lovely. But the delivery was appalling. I ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day, after calling throughout the day asking where the flowers were I finally got the answer that they were delivered to the wrong address, completely ruined the day and surprise as I had no flowers to give my partner. They said they would deliver them the very next morning to try and make up for it but still didn’t arrive until 1pm that day. Not happy with the service at all.

Want to thank Garden Gate Florist for the AWESOME flowers and plants sent by my children. One of the BEST Ive ever received! Will NOT be using anyone else in the future, but Garden Gate! A big thank also to Russell who delivered them, who had so much trouble finding me because of very bad numbering here, he went out of his way to make sure I received my delivery! Outstanding service! I booked a delivery @ 7: 30am near Christmas time and my wife finished work he next day @ 3pm. This should have been plenty of time for delivery as the website did not say the delivery may not occur due to previous backlog of orders. I called twice that during the next day asking what is going on and because they were too busy could not make the delivery by 3pm and therefore totally stuffed my surprise for my wife.
The arrangement was extremely good and flowers were gorgeous but communication and notification of how busy the business was at that time was poor.
They need to let customers know if they cannot handle the workload!

I received 12 Beautiful red roses to mark the 2nd anniversary of my husbands passing. They were excellently presented and are so very fresh. Will not hesitate to use you again.

Made a personal late night delivery for me as there is no entrance to apartment block without a pass. Even waited an extra 15 for the recipient to arrive home. Brilliant service. Highly recommend.

Beautiful menager she's amazing with making the costumers happy with her beautiful face and gives the best possible service. Excellent choice of flowers. I definitely recommend everyone for any occasions to buy and order the flowers from this iconic shop.
