Gametraders Chermside

I’ve seen some reviews that talk about their online orders. I wanted to say I recently ordered online and i had no problems at all. Arrived packaged great and very fast delivery. Would definitely order from again.

Been a customer for several years now & have purchase everything from retro gaming, figures & TCG. Absolute gem for us on the northside of Brisbane.

One of my favourite stores in Chermside. Love the mystery graded Pokémon cards. Massive range of funko pops too.

Loved this store staff member who served me was very helpful and helped me buy what I wanted which was a super sonico figure just wish there where more stores like this one

So pretty much they sent my order to the wrong address, lying that I had actually put in wrong. Even though the addresses aren't similar at all and in a completely different state. I actually have proof of that the address is correct on my confirmation email.
Issue was resolved, but honestly terrible customer service. Definitely do not order anything from these guys.

Gametraders have never let me down, always pretty well priced, have mostly been able to find anything I'm looking for. Any missed items or mistakes made have been owned and remedied, and to me that's one of the most important parts of business.
First place I go for any board gaming needs these days!

Wide variety of D&D products- bought myself many books and dice from here, would highly recommend.

They have a great day of new D&D games/items/accessories and such, always worth a look.

Placed an order online. When the order is shipped I received an email. But requiring me to sign in to a platform named Shop to track my parcel. However, it is said in the app that no tracking number available. This is stupid making the purchasing unnecessarily complicated.

Needed help finding cards for my son, staff were very knowledgeable.

Picked up Magic: The Gathering about 4 weeks ago. Not only are they competitively priced but they are locally owned. I don't buy any of my cards/sleeves etc anywhere else but here. While one could save $5-10 online nothing beats Gametraders Chermsides customer service and store presentation.

I've attended 4 nights of Friday Night Magic since starting they have all been AMAZING, friendly and safe atmosphere to go with their amazing staff.

Keep up the amazing work and I will continue to support my LGS!

Great store, although isles are very narrow hard to look when there is some pre order and there is 20 people in the store

Very dodgy unfair store for any game trading fans.

1. They order lots of pop and open each boxes to make sure they get all the chase and flip it online for a crazy price.

2. Not the first time I think as I was reading through other reviews. Asked their staff a day before a gaming event takes place, was told that their event won’t be until end of the month and will be posted in fb news page. I checked official Bandai page 2 days after, there was an actual approved event on their store the next day after I made the enquiry. And they’re giving an excuse that they only got the info of the event that same day so wasn’t able to inform me correctly! Oh cmon, you’ll need the exclusive decks to be played on hand to facilitate the event, no way you get the info, received the game decks, book all players and do the event all in same day! You probably just doing same thing you do with chase pop, you get all exclusives in the official pre release decks and you’ll sell it for crazy price! Disgusting!

I'm a massive pop collector and this place has the best collection of pops I've ever seen. This place is great and convenient

Amazing team members who actually want to talk and help with the products, I've never played pokemon, but they were more than happy to help me out, they didn't have a massive selection or rare or box sets I wanted but that's because there hard to come by right now so they still get 5 stars!

Tried calling over 6 times no answer at all literally just hung up on me.

The customer service is some of the worst I've ever come across and I've worked in retail.

They even run game tournaments!

I have bought alot of Yu-Gi-Oh stuff very recently from the shop ranging from the cards even a figure! Good place to rummage to get a new deck going!:) (Bought the Yami Yugi statue from them!)

Always super helpful. My girlfriend has Pop Vinyl Little Mermaid obsession and they are always helpful and patient

They had a bunch of stuff you wouldnt find in stores anymore. Perfect place to buy some nostalgia
