Wouldnt let me play music of my choice.absolutely rubbish place.had to download wechat app

I originally came here to celebrate my birthday today, so it would be outrageous not to bring any water.

The floor was very sticky as soon as we entered. There were only two microphones in the big box with 35 of us. We didn't order whiskey. I don't know why two bottles of wine costing more than 200 yuan were sent in. The second time we were sent, we found out and called him. Take it away….

Interesting place, in sunnybank so mostly has asian playlist to choose from, not an issue though as we did find a few songs to sing, you have a private room so will only be embarrassing yourself in front of your friends, drinks are brought to the room so you dont have to go out to the bar and miss any action, better with large groups

Great atmosphere with lots of popular song you can choose via aap or wechat. Friendly staff who are always willing to help and go extra mile for customers, they also respond quickly and offer before I even ask when they saw me walked in with a cake, put it the fridge for me straightaway and offered me a lot of cool things like decorations/trolley/lights etc.when we wanted to eat the cake. Very experienced and professional with all kinds of party needs. I think price is reasonable for the service, food and drinks and overall experience they offered. It would be perfect if they still have milk tea on the day: p I heard they have different package with different prices if you go during the day too and it’s good deal. Will try it with friends next time:)

I didn't have the best experience here, games were not updated (it was alright though cause we were reimbursed for lost time), my computer didn't have mic and another didn't have a mouse, there were also very loud swearing patrons. Nonetheless, the graphics on the games were quite nice and so was the network speed.

Absolutely terrible service, attendent didn’t tell us that the time would not stop immediately at the hour mark and made us pay $47 for four people even though we only had three people that night and had only wanted to stay for 1 hour (which would’ve be $32). What made it even worse was they started communicating in mandarin in front of us gossiping instead of just talking to us. Since we could understand mandarin we confronted them and wanted to sort the issue. In the end the issue could not be resolved and we had to pay the extra.

Edit: the owner has replied kindly and we’ve managed to properly sort out the issue.

Wait time was okay but the setup was amazing, the service staff were very hospitable, friendly and fun. Overall experience was amazing and so well setup. 10/10 will again.

Great place with professional staff and yummy cocktails.
Always a great place to enjoy drinks and company whilst having a safe and fun environment.
Had a great time during the halloween party with DJ’s and makeups!
Definitely recommend to friends and will come here every weekend to enjoy ourselves

Good Karaoke spot in Brisbane area, but the hi-fi system needs to be adjusted that the volume could cover our own. If can't hear ourselves when singing, people can overuse the voice and it's harmful.
Anyway, we love the vibes that make us feel we are back to China, exactly similar to any city's KTV atmospheres there.
Staff are quite nice any helpful, always there when we need. Good drink experience, too and we even exchange some cocktail recipes! So good the people there.
Snacks are nice. Lamb and prawn are something you never want to miss.
You will enjoy yourself with your lovely friends there. Definitely!

KTV was clean and nicely decorated. Very high class and has lots of songs.
However staff was bad. Front guy could barely speak English. Was having a hard time trying to order. Not only that he rummaged our bags to look for alcohol. I understand you are licensed but you should've told customers not to bring outside alcohol in. We could've left them in the car. We got a lot of bottles because they were Xmas presents and we didn't plan to drink them.

Atmosphere was great. However, when you buy alcohol, they have to pour the whole bottle out into a glass. In the end it’s really hard to tell which is which. Besides that, I don’t recommend having them decorate for you if your event is a birthday or whatever. They charge a ridiculous price for a very normal decoration. Some helium balloons cost $200 at the ktv so we decorated ourselves. It only costed like $15 in total for the decorations ourselves.

Simply breathtaking facilities, you will not find anything better in Brisbane or qld for that matter where you can do karaoke or play state of the art gaming computers.

This place needs to be seen to be believed
It's affordable and caters for groups and parties. One visit and you will be hooked! Must see

Trading hours shows till 2am, however staff asked us to leave at 11pm without inform us in advance. Why would someone want to play majiang for 3 hours. I would’ve give 0 star if I could. Worst experience ever.
