Meh, this arcade needs a serious revamp. 1/4 of the games don't work, they are all crammed in together and the prizes are pretty mediocre compared to the funhouse at Tweed Heads. The ticket machines jam up. Still fun just not the best.

It's at least 50% fake gambling games and not much in the way of anything else. Won't be heading back.

Always a great spot for the kids and for sure me…not the biggest space.but cozy, next to the cinemas.friendly stuff and very clean.lots of games and great deals.little one loved making her own fairy floss

This is a company I have sunk a lot of money into. Tonight, as a treat I took the kids to the arcade. The service was let down by having one inexperienced junior staff member. It was very challenging to get help with things as she didn't know how. Our fun night with the kids, became more and more sour. We were told that the arcade was closing at 8pm but the website said 8.30pm. Many machines were not operating properly, we lost quite a bit of money. Then when going to redeem the points there was no service. If this was my first time going here I would have never gone again. Honestly, I'm not sure I will go back to the Carindale location again. I'm not happy in the least as it spoiled family night for us.

I love taking my son to this place because it has lot of different games that you can play there and they have a good variety of deals that you can choose from to have on to your funhouse play card. And the staff there are very helpful too.

I go here just for the car game. Funny story
I bought the $75 deal and the d*ckhead employee put the credits on a new card.
He called the manager and apparently its impossible to transfer credits.lol

Not a bad venue, although the staff insisted on checking my COVID vaccination green tick, after I had already been there for over an hour. No check on arrival and entry but to use the tickets to get prizes, had to show vaccination.

Went with my partner this afternoon. Love the experience here. Staff were also very helpful. I’m a happy woman: D

Now that my kid is aware this is a place for games I have been spending way too much money in here I could buy him a Nintendo switch per month with all the money we spend playing stiff around, I guess is about sharing memories with him instead of money

Tiny. Im a big kid myself and enjoy arcades and gaming. However i found all the machines were super cramped together with little space to move around, it was abit over whelming. I do like how theres those rooms that cater to kids birthdays, they look nice.

An uncomfortable money sink for adults, but great fun and memories for the kids. When I was a kid I went here too, and now my kids are old enough to enjoy it. For $35, my daughter got about $2 worth of stuff from the prize booth. It's glorified gambling for kids but hey, they have fun and that's half of it.

It was ok. Staff were very friendly. Kids had a good time but the space is small and not friendly for littlies kids or adults watching little kids while big kids play. We probably got about 40 mins entertainment then had enough and we're all happy to go home

Great for the kids and inexpensive. Bumper cars are awesome. Always updating range of machines. Very clean and staff are friendly

Nice place to go daily. My daughter love that place. Me and my 2 yo daughter visit this place very often. Staffs are pretty friendly. Especially Jessica. She helped us a lot when have any issue. She is great asset to the business.

An employee like Jessica deserves pay rise and further progress These kind of employees are really tough to find.

Always a hit for the kids, be ready to spend some money though, but fantastic for a place to go on school holidays
