4 Absolutely disgusting service, they don't know how to treat customers, always screaming for no reason and they dont give instructions on what to do. My niece asked the lady to explain how to use the bikes and the lady got angry saying "if you dont know how to use it you shouldn't be renting it", THE WHOLE POINT OF ASKING IS TO LEARN AND BE POLITELY GUIDED.
She then explained only by screaming aggresively "GO, STOP, GO, STOP. "
At the end, she tripped over a bike because she was so tense and she got what she deserved.
After that we decided to go to another place nearby and they had experienced staff and excellent customer service.
Not even opened yet but I had a few cheeky turns on a few of the machines! Unreal fun! I'm definitely going to spend a few pay checks at this place! Cheers guys!
So excited for this place to open, the rides look amazing. Great for indoor family fun in surfers.
It is so crap when you ring between 10 AM and 10 PM they don't pick up and don't have any prices displayed on the website the opening time obviously doesn't open at the same time it says they need to get their act together I'm only a teenager and I know how to make money they must ever be making little amount of money I don't know have A Nuff money to run this place this is bull crap I waited four hours for this place to open it didn't even open I ended up going to time zone instead which I would highly recommend
