Lovely place, staff are friendly and so many fun games to play! A few of the machines didn’t work though after we had paid

Filthy and disgusting. Is anybody cleaning the equipment? Sorry, but I will never be returning.

Overall positive experience. Machine’s are well maintained. Love coming here for some casual arcade fun!

I only really use it for the photo booth but I tried playing the games the other day and none of them gave me my tickets

Lots of fun and heaps to do for the kids and us adults. Friendly staff that went out of their way to make us all feel welcome and get the most out of our coin investments. Magnificent people like Kalani, Hayley and Ash, who made my God child and her siblings have a memorable time.

Luv the plushy I won in the skill tester, and some old school nintendo games for us gen x's/millenials. The kids had a blast as well. Good customer service, too. Well done, thanks.

Took my niece and nephew here about a month ago to fill in sometime on a Saturday afternoon and they had an absolute blast. Staff couldn't have been more helpful or friendly so a big shout out to Cindy, Brayden and Celine for their customer service!

Don't usually review but came in with my family Friday early afternoon. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They were more than happy to explain how the place worked and answer any questions we had. Amazing customer service! Definitely a family friendly place. The games were super fun as well. Had an awesome time here! Shoutout to the two girls at the counter!

Don't know about the rest of the games but $35 and i was on the DDR machine until i almost collapsed haha, the credit deals are also pretty amazing and i will be coming back. The game cards are a littke more expensive here though

Great place to hang with friends, cheap and many different choices of single and multiplayer games

Good place for kids. The place is the heart of city and is easily accessible from any corner of Brisbane. Located in Myer center on Queens street its a one stop entertainment for kids and parents. Gaming instruments are well maintained and have variety of choices from kids of various age.

Awful customer service.
We were greeted by a lady with a sarcastic 'Hello' on Sunday night and told we will not be served and to go away and sign in for covid before coming back to the counter.
We signed in and walked around the centre and witnessed other customers playing the Willy Wonka coin pusher. They won a few cards but one had gotten stuck in the shoot - the same lady was called over and rudely told the customers that they did not the win the card cause it didn't fall all the way down.
After all the rudeness and her lack of care for even being at work, we left and refused to load any money.
I will not be promoting this place and will never visit a FunHouse again.

Worst Customer Service award.
Stopped in one Saturday night for a bit of fun. We purchased our card. We made our way to the machines but were having trouble scanning it to start a game. We approached the man behind the counter when we explained the situation and handed him the card to Check. He very rudely turned back to us and said it’s still got the full price we paid on it. I joked as I said “oh it must be the way we’re swiping it” (because we had tried every way) when we very rudely and passive aggressively said “Yeah probably. ” While rolling his eyes. He again became passive aggressive while we told us how to properly use the card.
We were then off on our way. Unfortunately there wasn’t a wide range of arcade machines. A lot of them were pretty much the same just spread out with different themes and characters Ect. The whole fun house was arranged well with the space they have. But unfortunately probably won’t be back with customer service like this.

I liked it cos it brought back nostalgia and the staff are incredible, it was just sad so many of the machines were either not working or just not calibrated

This is a great place to take the kids lots of games to choose from an it's close to the movies

Love this place! They have one of the best staff that night that help me and my 2 friends out her name’s Phoenix she was the biggest help to us and made all our nights, she even offered us her own tickets because we wanted to get 3 cup but didn’t have enough tickets. You go girl ️️

Perfect quiet spot for kids away from the busy mall area. Clean and tidy with a good variety of games.

Great place to go to for entertainment, good location, can be costly, average service and some machines are faulty.

Fun arcade area with a variety of machines to choose from and play, anything from playing by yourself to more of a group game races and basketball and so on. The staff are always willing to help with whatever concern and resolve issues quickly, overall great place with very helpful staff.
