Ordered through them off kogan.delivered 1 of 2 items ordered claiming they were both delivered. They were very unhelpful trying to get the matter resolved and could care less about their customers. Will never order anything off them again.

Brought a little WPL C14 RC for a bit of fun from Kogan. Fast deilvery and nice little RC car. Was really surprised it had proportional steering out of the box. Great base to start upgrading with metal parts.

Needed help with getting my drone up and running, and they were extremely helpful and generous!

I can not express our thanks for the team of this store, we had a issue with a kids present that we got elsewhere and they happily soldered and repaired the item at no charge! You truely have made our Christmas! This store truely cares about its customers.

Took my drone in for repairs, they tell me they don't service these types of drones.
I asked why. He responded with a stern and seemingly grumpy attitude 'There are like 20,000 drone manufactures. We don't do these ones cause the parts are to hard too source (along those lines)
I left after saying thanks for nothing.
Jumped on ebay. Found the parts immediately top of the list, didn't have to search hard at all. Ordered the part for 14 dollars, called up a different hobby shop and they are happy to repair it when the part arrives.

Just lost yourselves a solid future customer, due to not giving a dam, or going a little further for the customer.

The guys and gals at this place are a joy to do business with. Their prices are very reasonable and Evan the Techie there is particularly helpful and knowledgeable on Gel-blasters.

This store is one of the best gel blaster stores I've been too. I went to the one down the road and they didn't have what I want or what I would like but they recommended this store and these fellas here are the best.they had all of what I needed and wanted and have the best customer service and extremely friendly. Its now my only shop I go to where I get my gel blaster stuff from

They scammed me out of 950aud through ebay. Opportunistic fraudster now stopped respondonding and are hiding. Taking it to consumer affairs. Take your business elsewhere

Went in to get a replacement battery for a gel blaster, which they didn’t have but the guys definitely made up for it and helped me out. Super quick professional friendly service.

We went there first time today as we were told from another shop they will have batteries for the gel gun we were after.we walked in and we waited as the men were with customers and their customer service was 5/5 I don't comment or do many reviews but today's experience in this store I said to my son's this is where you will bring your gel guns for service and any extra purchases from now on.they take their time to listen, gave extra information and very helpful

When there thursday afternoon with my son, he collects pop vinyls, wow what a range, the service was fantastic, price was on point, they even throw in some freebies. Well definitely be going back there soon. Ps Biggest pop vinyl sale they have ever made they said.
