Shopped here a few times as I liked the deals they offered but after today I will not return. The service was absolutely appalling, butcher was rude and unhelpful when asked for opinions on meats.

Bought so called Rib eye fillet.paid $62 and regret the expense. The meat was so tough, only good enough to mince or feed to the dog. Never again.

This is by far the best butchers / food business on the Sunshine Coast. Great selection, fair prices and fantastic staff.

Today I bought Butter Chicken Sausages, as I have had these before, a few months ago.
These sausages had too much salt for my liking. Not as good as the last time.
Why do Butchers have to use so much salt?

I've already bought spoiled meat twice and had friends in the same situation. I had to throw all the meat in the trash with a loss of $75 last time. I have friends who went through the same situation buying there. I never buy it again!

Have been shopping here for years and use to be really good. Have given it the benefit of the doubt over the past couple of months but today is the last time I will shop here.
Have purchased expensive steaks and they haven't been bled properly and have been thrown to my dogs, seems like of late there is never stock on the shelves, staffing is limited and end up waiting for long periods of time to be served and then again today purchased expensive steak and taste funky.

Second time I’ve been there, and It will be the last! Definitely not fresh meat! Slimy weird smell and my wife & I both have crook guts. Over priced, much better fresher butchers around!

Outstanding range of products, perfect product presentation highlighting each and every item. Cleanliness of the store is always a great feature, then there's the staff whom we have found extremely polite/helpful.

I understand this is a meat place, and maybe one should not buy fish from a butcher.however, I bought 'flat head fillets' today (around $48/kg). Paid around $15 for two. Both have a row of large bones in them, in the middle of fillet, which I only discovered when at home. I understand some bones may be present, but when you say 'fillet' one kind of expect most bones are removed (specially for that price). I have bought flat heads many times and well aware it is very possible to fillet them so there are no bones. Maybe make it clear to customers so they can make a decision if they want bones or not in their fillets.

Had some of Fresh Meats meat at the Maroochydore State High School Wanderlust food and drink festal it was super yum would eat again.

Ordered meat on Wednesday for pick up today got here and the meat wasn’t even cut or packed yet… so much for click and collect made my whole day late at work… very inconvenient guys!

Meatworld meat is excellent and all staff are lovely. However, the click and collect service is very poor. Waiting, dont answer phone, orders not ready or mixed up. This seems to happen very frequently

Told on the phone a product was in stock and they would set it aside. After a 20 min trip to get there said oh sorry we were mistaken.

Best butcher on the Coast by far. Great meat and service. Butcher cuts the meat how I ask for it with no issue and has great prices. I am very fussy with meat and these guys top of the list.

Have tried the Lamb Kofta kebabs twice now and they are pretty awsome with a Tzatziki or Yogurt sauce.

I bought 3 packages of beef rump (from the packaging they were from the day) but when I opened it it smelled like rotten and tasted like liver.it wasn't the first time. I intend not to go back.

For some reason I love this butchers, the staff are very friendly, the meats are great so I guess that's why:)

Was looking for fresh kangaroo loin for tartare, and while they weren't able to source any (suppliers across the nation all struggle), they went above and beyond to look into alternatives. Also very knowledgeable & helpful regarding appropriate cuts of meat for intended cooking purposes.
Definitely the go-to for any future meat-related enquiries!
