Mainly a review on their lamb sausages, personal preference so it can vary but overwhelming amount of spice but more so the bits of bone, cartilage or hardened fat that was a painful surprise to chew into.

To all those that complain that the meat from Fresh Cuts does not have a long shelf life, that is because unike Woolworths and Coles that pack their meat products with preservatives, Fresh Cuts dont. Like all fresh products that have an absence of preservatives it should probably been prepared and eaten within a day or two of purchase. All of Fresh Cuts products are fresh and full of flavour and Ive never been let down. For those who are brave and think they can handle hot foodgive the Fijian Fire sausage a shot.

Great customer service! Staff are always accommodating and friendly! A wide variety of meat to choose from! I bought a tomahawk steak a couple of months back, it was so good!

$100 packs are such good value for money and the service is always great! We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Overpriced and went off within 3 days. Paid $40/kg for steak and went off in 3 days just wasted $45 for steak won’t be going back.

A fast and friendly service with a great variety of meats. If you like hot then try their famous Fijian Fire Sausages. They also do great meat trays for community raffles. Highly recommended:)

Great service we bought lamb, steak and sausages everything was amazing! Very good quality and reasonable pricing we will be back the tomato onion mushroom sausages I can not recommend enough!

Great service, customers are always greeted upon entry with a warm smile. The meat is of great quality however, the sausages are one of a kind. Especially the cheesy Mexican and for those who are brave enough, the Fijian Fire. Great range of meat with Kid friendly options too!

Nice friendly staff, really good burgers and sausages. Cant wait to taste the rest of their cuts. The dogs get the juice only from the burgers on their dry food and lick their bowls for ages afterwards.

I have been buying my meat from here for 12 years! I stopped bringing my own meat from the main land it was inferior to the cuts etc this establishment has, rissoles, steak, chicken, kebabs, curry, you name it, they have it. Don't bother bring your own meat just grab it from here.

Who ever gave them a 2 star rating is off their head or must have got the only poor meat they have ever stocked.

Top notch service and quality meat at good prices. I always hit these guys up when im in the area for my carnivorous cravings.

Went in on Sunday and got some of the Fijian fire, I was told they would be spicy but was not expecting to be tear gassed!
Great stuff guys, just maybe better cook them out on the BBQ next time.: -D

I bought a brisket and and a pulled pork for a sunday family bbq and it was a hit! The service was wonderful i cant express that enough! There was 2 guys that helped me with the the cuts and weights and all that stuff and the risk I took on the brisket was so worth it in the smoker but it's always easy with great quality meat! Nice selection too. I'm so happy we were recommended to this butcher and I'm recommending them to everyone!

$55 meat pk was alright but the mince I got had grinded up bits of bone & muscle, not much meat. Had to throw out a whole meal of spag bog out.
