Very nice customer service but expensive. It cost me $180 for a service and a back rim.
He only put new break pads on front breaks and straightend it. And he replaced the pedals on my bike. He also gave me a new rim with was second hand. And filled up both tyres and gave me new nuts and bolts. He also left my bake break broken and didn't fix it, so I'm left to fix it myself. Most likely won't be back.

While on holidays, our son managed to puncture both bike tyres. We popped by with the bike in the morning, and it was repaired by lunchtime for us. We were very grateful, as were our kids who were out at the bike track by early afternoon. Amazing service

Entered store yesterday to purchase 2 x bicycles and no staff came out to assist, another customer entered store with buzzer going off again and still no staff came out to assist, myself and partner walked after 5 minutes of no staff and purchased 2 x bikes plus bike rack, helmets etc.from another store, where is the customer service

Extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Able to assist with a series of queries and resolve at a reasonable cost.

Great service when we needed a hand on the weekend. Nothing was too much trouble and a fair price.
