The store may be a little yuppy priced and the lift from the car park opened into a less than welcome space. They normally do better.

The support, professionalism and absolute "can do" attitude provided to us proved second to none. A special mention to Oscar, Jo, Danielle, Chelsea and Caleb for going the extra mile to ensure we received all of our preferred choices on time. A big thank you and we could not recommend the Team at Fortitude Valley enough!

I purchased the “Burrow Queen Bed” in Feb 23. The bed is faulty and coming apart.

I’ve tried twice with their online customer support, once in store and again by phone.

Their customer support is non existent, it should be as simple as repair or replace.

A absolute joke of a company, their craftsmanship quality has gone through the floor.

A bit different to other freedom stores. Great service, they seem to have more products and staff than other stores.

Friendliest Freedom team I’ve ever met. Always super fast with click and collect orders. Super helpful with me and selecting a couch suitable for my home. Love my Atlas.

Without a doubt the worst customer experience I have ever encountered. I should say in stark contract to my experience at the Windsor store. Today I made my seventh (7th) phone call to the Fortitude Valley store and was hung up on for the second time by Alex regarding a cancelled order from July 2022. He was previously rude and hung up the phone in November 2022. If head office reads this, Alex has my email, please get in contact with me to resolve this before we get to 12 months. I would recommend you consider who you have customer facing, terrible representation of the business.

Very good customer service. The team here genuinely wants you to be happy with your purchase and will go out of their way to make sure you are. They are very quick to contact you with any questions or concerns you may have with your purchase. I will always shop here because of the wonderful customer service I have received today.

Showrooms over 3 floors with great access from the basement carpark. I was very pleased that they had the larger size Grestem floor rug in stock and we were able to load it straight from the warehouse in to the car. The rug looks amazing with the Noguchi coffee table we got from Replica Furniture earlier this month, it feels so comfortable underfoot and definitely adds a wow factor to the room.

I bought S wave curtains and sheers from Freedom last year and were pleased with the quality and finish, back then the online ordering and delivery system was a bit hit and miss but it all got here in the end so all good.

I hate the fact that when you give them your phone number, they use it to spam you with advertising. In the message that's sent, you can't reply STOP. You have to reply STOP to a different phone number that's provided in the markering message. How annoying!

The sales team were great at helping us select items for our new home - We did wait approx 2 months for our items to arrive which we were prepared for and then they were caught in the flood so we had to wait another 6 weeks which was no fault of Freedom. Special mention to Alex who did an amazing job at checking our furniture had arrived and getting it in the system as soon as possible so we could collect it. Very friendly and professional service.

I had a great customer experience with Freedom FV. I bought a rug and 2 weeks later the threading started coming out. I emailed via customer care and had a response within a few hours offering me a new one. I swapped over the faulty rug for the new one the next day with no hassle at all, with the warehouse team offering to check the new rug for me to ensure it was in pristine condition. I can’t fault the service at all and am so impressed and grateful.

Lovely staff, taking time to explain all fees and time frames.

Regular updates on orders, post delivery follow up on quality of items.

If I could put no stars I would! The delivery guys came to my sisters house to deliver her new bed, and they stole money out of her hand bag whilst she took a friend to the door to say goodbye! Absolutely disgusting behaviour and so unprofessional.

Laughable months to supply changes to get furniture played with pricing threats to go to court franchise owner was as bad to deal with as manager go to any other freedom store stay away from the city gate store

Came in very open to purchasing a new sofa, not one staff member approached me, no staff member even looked interested in helping, all going about their day behind the counter, moving around furniture, sitting in the office. Terrible store in comparison to other freedom stores. Letting down the brand
