Don't worry if you don't know anything about furniture or home design. There is no additional cost for hiring an interior designer. You don't need to wait a few months since if you simply browse Freedom Logan, you can find the greatest interior designer with years of knowledge and impeccable taste who can exactly match and design your home with high-quality furniture that is not only gorgeous but also reasonably priced. Freedom Logan should be pleased of themselves for having a terrific cashier like Clear G because she is really professional. They provide numerous discounts. Take advantage of the many savings. I highly recommend using Clear G to purchase furniture at Freedom Logan.

Staff rude over the phone. Have had pleasant conversations with staff at other Freedom stores - but very rude staff at Logan Freedom.
Laughed when I asked if I could reschedule my delivery and overall very rude demeanour.

Had a fabulous experience shopping at the Logan store. Claire was amazing! Exceptional product knowledge, with a lovely personality and great sense of humour. Claire & Stylist, Angela provided exceptional customer service to my husband & I. We had a strict time frame to get our new home furnished, they took the time to really understand this & then jumped straight into action. They were both professional, friendly, caring, patient & great at their jobs. Angela is a wonderful stylist who went above & beyond to support us & help us bring our vision to life. Claire was so lovely & brought a lot of fun & humour to our shopping experience. What could’ve been a very stressful time getting our furniture/styling needs sorted in such a short period of time was made a great, stress free experience by these two ladies. Thank you both so much! At the end of a very big day, and just on closing time, the whole team jumped in to assist in scanning and packing all of our items. It was great to see the whole team working together.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and an absolute pleasure to be served by Claire and Angela. Can’t wait to have all our furniture arrive and see our house become a home.

Freedom need to ask more questions for oversized items for delivery. The delivery drivers were wonderful and communicated fantastically.

When I ordered my couch I informed the lady that I lived on the first floor, however I have two sets of standard size staircases that could be used, she said that's fine and didn't ask me any other questions. This week I was informed of the delivery so I sold my old couch, and when my new couch came to be delivered today it was found that it couldn't be delivered as it was too large for the staircase. The delivery drivers were fantastic and informed me that this happens frequently with Freedom as they obviously don't enquire enough with oversized items.

When I called Freedom I was very upset as I had spent thousands of dollars on a couch, waited for months for this couch to be delivered and had sold my old couch. I spoke with Jennifer, the Store Manager who was incredibly rude, wasn't interested in really speaking with me and continuously spoke over me. Her customer service skills were close to zero and I didn't feel any sympathy from her at all and left the call feeling unheard and disrespected. I asked if I could speak with anyone else as Jennifer is clearly not a customer service professional and she said there was no one higher than her that could help me.

I voiced my disappointment at the end of the call, saying to Jennifer that I felt like she had been incredibly rude and not sympathetic at all, which she responded to with "okay". No apologies or real concerns.

Disappointing situation all around, however made much worse with Jennifer's horrible attitude towards customers.

Bought a couch last year and we are happy with the quality and service. Just bought a small homewares item online. Click and collect process was fast and efficient and customer service in store was excellent.

Claire & Angela were amazing! So professional, caring, knowledgeable & down to earth. They went above & beyond with their customer service. Cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone styling or furnishing their house. Thank you both so much:)

I would never purchase from freedom again, my 3000 couches came DAMAGED and dirty, I have been dealing with freedom customer service for almost 3 weeks! I have asked to speak to a manager since 13th of May and nobody has contacted me. They originally wanted to send me a cleaning company but my couches are damaged, now I have an upholsterer coming, I don’t want my brand new couches fixed when they shouldn’t have come damaged in the first place! Absolutely horrible experience! I have emailed 3x just to get a manager to speak to me. No contact number provided to speak with an actual person. Very very disappointed.

Last Monday we ordered outdoor furniture and the staff were so helpful. The furniture was promised for today and has just been delivered. Couldn’t be happier.

Went there with my wife and two kids at 19th feb 22, the guy was super rude to us. There was a Mattress I tried on feel good, so I asked him how much is it, it has no price and no description at all which is not even lawful with retail store. He said how can I remember? I was shocked about the answer, so I asked can you check? He did so and tell me is $1199.00. I asked why it’s expensive, coz all others around it about $500-$800. I was expecting he may say it has special design or spring something like that. But he said no it’s so cheap, there are some more than $2000 on the other side. And he continues it’s on special with 40% off, so it’s very cheap. Sounds like I can’t afforded even with special price. I was planning to buy two mattress and a dining table on that day, I will never go freedom anymore. I will go buy from James lane, even their product is bit more expensive, but the lady Stacy was super nice. Bye freedom, it was shame. Coz I have lot freedom stuff in my house, quality was very good. But no more!

Purchased a couch June-July 2021 and was told if we buy now we would definitely receive by Christmas (end of November was eta). It is now February 2022 and still no couch. We have been waiting for over half a year and it keeps getting delayed…

Large store situated within Logan Super Centre. Great variety. Highly recommend it. Freedom is a great store - a little more upmarket than Ikea (nearby) and more unique. Some great pieces there. It was also so refreshing to not be harassed / hard sold something at a furniture store. Thank you to the staff for your professional demeanour, awesome knowledge of your products and investment in our needs as a customer. It would have been nice if we could see more detailed cleaning given the current times. Helpful and friendly staff.

Ordered product online, Freedom sent wrong product, I had to go to store to swap and Freedom wouldn't refund original postage for incorrect item which would only be fair.

Staff argued they could have re-sent correct item and arranged pickup of incorrect item which would have cost them more than original freight I saved them by swapping their mistake instore.

Poor customer service from Freedom.

Had such lovely service from Megan today! She is an asset to your store & the only reason I would continue shopping at the Freedom company after the rude customer service from the online help person! She did so well juggling all the customers in store too (obvs busy few days before Xmas). And was just super friendly & helpful!
I don't usually leave reviews so that's a great indicator she impressed me with her service:)

7,000 AUD order, months and months of delay.no apologies.no compensation.no customer phone number to address customer request. They tell you they will call you back but ignore you for weeks again. I don’t recommend Freedom to anyone.

Staff are friendly and appear helpful however don't expect anything to actually be done for you. Told I would have a 4-6 week waiting time on couch I purchased. Was initially told 4 weeks for all peices verbally prior to purchasing, it is not until you have paid in full you recieve the document with the estimated arrival times for each piece mind you. Called up to enquire when to expect delivery was told I would be contacted the following week and everything was on track for delivery. Received an email the next week saying order was delayed by another 4 weeks. Called store to enquire about the delay and was told an enquiry would be submitted to the DC and I would be contacted the next day and that whatever pieces were available would be delivered. 5 days later hadn't heard anything. Contacted store again phone answered by a relief store manager who was filling in from another store and was extremely rude however when he realised I was not going to be bullied he organised for delivery of one part of the couch to be delievered. He told me i was impatient and my couch was only delayed by 2 weeks which is incorrect. Then received another email saying pieces further delayed until end of august (now 6 weeks delayed). Finally have recieved another email to report pieces delayed another week. I understand this is not entirely a reflection on this particular store as they have no control over shipping times and delays, however as promises were made multiple times and not received I am extremely unimpressed. I will not be making any further purchases from Freedom furniture.

Ordered a rug online and it happened to be coming from this store. Ordered on the 13/08, no communication from them that week, call them on 20/08 to find out what is happening and they say it got lost in transit (I never even received a shipping email?) they’ll send it again. Another 5 days pass with no communication, call on 25/08 and they are still waiting on courier to collect it for delivery? What have I paid $20 shipping for? Even if shipping was free I wouldn’t be happy with this! I only live 50mins from the store! Let’s hope the courier comes tomorrow like I’ve been told. Would be very hesitant to order from freedom online again, a company this large shouldn’t be having shipping delays for products they have in stock

Terrible and very rude customer service by staff Matthew. He spoke to us same like kids not customer.
We waiting in store for him as we asked to help us but we realised after 10 minutes he lefts the store and also no any staff was behind the service desk for help us. It’s very unprofessional customer service. We never ever back to this store.
