I had personal artwork that needed framing. It's the first time I've been to frame warehouse and was happy with the help, suggestions and guidance I recieved. Thank you for being approachable and making everything easy for me.

Really helpful, patient service at the decision-making end of the process, ending with picky me being really happy with mat and frame choice. Very good turnaround and the finished result speaks for itself.

Took my cross stitch into Frame Warehouse who were recommended to me by my sister in law. We went through the different matts as to which look better. Will pick up framed cross stitch in a few weeks. Happy with the service.

Amazing. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. When we said we were in a rush for our framing, they squeezed us in with no problem at all. The final product was top top quality and was very reasonably priced. Can't recommend these guys enough.

I was looking for somebody to frame a jigsaw puzzle as a present for my wife, but our local picture framer was prohibitively expensive. None of the stores like Kmart had a frame in the right size to allow me to do it myself but then I found Frame warehouse. Not only did they have a nice frame in the right size (they have a huge selection), but they were able to fit the jigsaw into the frame at a very reasonable cost. I will definitely be using them again.

We have had a number of prints framed at Frame Warehouse. Very happy with the quality of the results.

The frames for my picture were fantastic. Smooth finish and looks terrific. The edges of the frame are nice and square, no nicks bumps or bruises, really fine finish. Prices in comparison to other warehouses are cheaper as well. Job was completed under expected timeframe. Highly recommend this place and the ladies behind the counter were so lovely.

I went in to find some frames to suit some prints I was gifted by my sister (after failing to find frames to suit anywhere else). Not only did I walk out with exactly what I needed that same day, both my 3 & 4 year old kids were occupied by one of the lovely ladies that works there in the meantime. It made mine and my kids day. Great group of people!

We had a great experience with Frame Warehouse. We had a odd sized puzzle we wanted framed. They gave us different options to get the result we wanted, and then had it ready to pick up well within the original time frame they said it would take.

My order was ready for collection very quickly after ordering. Frames are very nice and good quality.

I brought a piece to Frame Warehouse for re-glazing and replacement of the damaged card frame. It’s a really sentimental item. They did a beautiful job, it looks as good as new, and the service was really prompt. Highly recommend!

For my father's birthday last month, my sister and I organised to get a frame put around a puzzle piece that my father and I had completed. Everything about the customer service and quality of the end product deserves a 5/5. We were served by Brooke and she made us feel very welcomed and supported. My mum has parkinsons and she was in the car, however my sister and I wanted to get her opinion; so, Brooke brought the puzzle mat and the different framing options out to the carpark for mum to see. The amount of care that Brooke and her team put into framing our puzzle and ensuring that everyone's opinion was heard was very heartwarming. The price of the frame was also decent. This gift made my father emotional and I would recommend Frame Warehouse to anyone. Thank you so much.
