We had a lovely experience at Forty Winks Logan today, when hubby & I were searching for a new mattress. Ash was the team member that served us. She was super knowledgeable across all brands of mattresses & how their springs/coils differ. We found her to be really helpful, but also knew when was the right time to step away to allow us to try out mattresses on our own & discuss our options. She really encouraged us to take as long as we needed trying out the mattresses & it was nice to know we didn't have to be quick in making a decision. Having staff like Ash is incredibly beneficial to your business! We could have looked elsewhere but we felt really taken care of at this store. Thanks Ash! We can't wait to use our new mattress & bed soon.

Purchased my tempur mattress 2 months ago. Mel provided excellent service and detailed support through the whole process! I was really hesitant as to what to buy at the start and after trying out the bedMatch system along with the expert advice from mel brought comfort in purchasing. Months down the track and I’ve got my restfulness back These ladies really know beds!

We initially had an issue with the bed frame assembles, Sandra has helped us resolve it within the same day. We also purchased the bedside tables and tallboy which look great and in good quality.

Thank you so much Sandra and Ash, for helping me with the refund of my single mattress today. I bought a single mattress for a trundle of a bunkbed and explained it it had to be 20 cm maximum height. We tried the supposedly 20 cm mattress in the trundle after purchase and it didn't fit. We measured it at home and it was 22 cm. Normally, this isn't a big deal. The same day we had also purchased a second single mattress and a double mattress for the bunkbed and, because it didn't need to go into a special slot, those mattresses are fabulous and a brilliant quality for the price.

Because we have taken out of the packet in order to put it into the trundle (as we were expecting to use it at the "sold" 20 cm height,) there was a little controversy about whether or not we could return it.

The staff here obviously have common sense and, after a few phone calls, understood that nothing had happened to said mattress; no one had slept on it and had literally been out of the packaging for 1.5 minutes, (plus being sold as a 20cm mattress when it wasn't) that it could be refunded. Thank goodness for common sense people in the world where they put their customers first who are just trying to get a nice bunkbed for their children rather than a blanket "you got it out the packet - it's yours now" type attitude.

I will be going back to Forty Winks again!

Worse service ever!
My aunt bought a bed from them around 3 months ago, at that time the deal was to include a Tempur pillow as her bed was not cheap, we were told they run out of stock and will let us know once stock come back in, we waited for over 2 months till finally got a text message to say it is ready for us to pick up, I finally got around to their shop only to be told someone has given our pillow away and they had no more! I was told they have ordered more and waiting for stock to come in, I told them I am not coming in again to pick it up as the original deal was to deliver the bed and pillow together and I don't live around this area, the staff told me she will have someone deliver it once the stock is in and she will make sure this time she will keep one for us. I rang to chase it up and finally got a return call from her about a week ago and told me it will be delivered next Wed in the morning, I asked my aunt to stay home just to wait for the delivery as I am over this and guess what? She waited from morning till it is almost 4 pm now and nothing! She was frustrated because it is wasting her whole day in not able to go out because of the delivery, I have to ring the store again and only told by Chris that he is going to delivery it this afternoon, HELLOOOOOOOO! YOU COULD HAVE RUNG YOUR CUSTOMER TO ADVISE THEM OF THE CHANGE, WE CALL THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THAT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT ASPECT IN RETAIL!
I will never buy anything from this Forty Winks Logan again and I urge people to look elsewhere if they want to buy bedding as there are LOTS of other better choices!

I purchased an ensemble 5 months ago, dealt with Ellie. I used the test program, which is probably just a gimick, but it significantly reduces the choices i had to make from their large range of beds, which is a good thing. (I also went to another store and did a blind test myself - not read the matress name before laying on it - and came to the same bed as the most comfy).

The service was very good, but the delivery was better. They gave me an actual 2hr-window when to expect delivery, instead of the usual between 9-12 or between 1 and 5 pm (waste the whole day).

I delayed this review, in case any changes occurred, but the bed arrived as it felt in-store and I am very happy with it. Yes i would like it cheaper but you get what you pay for, and making a good choice is its own reward.

Had the worst experience here. I ordered online and month after month the delivery to the country got pushed back. I get the whole covid situation but if something is out of stock it should be stated on the website. I wouldn't have ordered if this was stated. I had to call to get a response as emails I was sending were not getting a response. I have been made to feel bad for ordering online. I will NEVER be purchasing anything from this store ever again
