Absolute first class service. Technology has changed when choosing beds!
Highly recommend this place for friendly and knowledgeable customer service. They made us feel comfortable and made the whole process so easy. I had to drag my husband out of here.

Great experience in the scheme of things in buying a bed. (as you would realise it is a minefield out there in the world of mattresses). Wow great customer service from Annette that works in the store. She gave us her time, not in our face, full of questions to get us the right mattress for our needs and price range with no hard sell to upgrade. We were Extremely happy with the service and the mattress that we bought. Sometimes you leave a business after dealing with them and feel you just had an exceptional customer service experience and this is how we felt after being with Annette for 45 minutes. And.the bed & mattress were delivered exactly on the day that Carly said they would be!

Having slept in a Waterbed for 43yrs, a decision was taken out of our hands. Our last bladder was a "Duet", allowing us to have our individual heat control & water level. Plus it was a soft-sided fit into our original Queen Size Metal frame.but sadly, it decided to leak! Our decision was between buying new bladders or going to a normal mattress.

We had made arrangements to go to "another" business to check out mattresses, but decided to go to Forty Winks first.we never went to the "other" business!

Carley, our Sales Person, we could not have asked for better service & understanding of our needs. No push for their business (we had done some homework prior), making it quite relaxed for our final decision.

Our old mattress was starting to lose the partner disturbance feature so we came in to find a new one (actually I’m not sure the old one even had that feature because i found her disturbing me for the 16hrs I was awake too) Annette and Carly were AWESOME and noticed the problem iv been facing. We purchased a new mattress and here’s hoping the disturbance features lasts longer than the 8hrs we are asleep.

Seriously, they were so helpful and would not hesitate to return again once this disturbance feature dwindles away

Had such a great experience. The staff were extremely helpful and were even able to offer free delivery a lot sooner than expected.
