Fort Knox Storage Southport

Great storage at Fortnox which changed to Loxon. Our time was pretty hassle free. Easy to access until the double story work started then it’s a bit tricky to get cars and the removal truck in. It will be great when it’s all finished.

Why is that recently in your storage facilities tracks loading and unloading a heavy and loud something at night time as early as 2am? There is people living just behind your storages and you know it! It keep waking us up almost every night! Disgraceful! Please stop it otherwise will be reported!

The staff is very helpful. Janet is very conscious of the needs of the customers. And she was particularly patient with me as she worked some extra hours for us to finish unloading and make sure we have everything we need. The location is convenient. The facilities are kept tidy and in order. The security is well structured. They have a froklift to use. The storage is good value for the money. I recommend and for sure will be back.

I recently used the storage facilities at Fort Knox South Port the Gold Coast, huge thanks to Leslie who looked after all the details at a time where emotionally we had a lot to deal with, finding the best unit that we didn’t pay for waisted space, thanks guys, great service and even refunded unused days on moving out!
