What an amazing dance school. Shona and her crew are a wonderful, talented and professional team who have been teaching my children to dance for all over 2 years now. The level of experience, professionalism and dedication to their students is of the highest level. We look forward to enjoying many more years with Shona and her team!

Miss Shona is one of the best dance teachers in Brisbane, formation is not a great learning environment, the true sense of belonging and belief is what sets apart for other dance schools. Looking forward to the end of year showcase!

I wanted to express my concerns and disappointment over the treatment of a young lady and her mum by Formation dance training while at a recent competition I attended with my family. The harassment of a competitor by the people who are there supporting them was appalling and then to stop the young lady from leaving by physically grabbing her when she was clearly distressed was more than concerning to watch and it made for a very uncomfortable situation unfolding in front of a lot of families. If you’re considering getting your child to join this club, think again! I would expect a far better interaction from profession people who are supposed to be role models for our children.

Lovely people who care about what they do. It's fascinating how some people are willing to point the finger at a teacher when their child is struggling with issues rather than looking in a mirror.

Formation Dance Training is a fabulous dance school, the Teachers are highly qualified and caring. They offer an encouraging environment to nurture dancers from a young age. I am super impressed with the high quality technical training my child has received since dancing with Shona. Could not be more happy.

Formation is more than a dance school, it’s a family and as you’ll see from all the people that are supporting formation. It’s because they care truly about each other and every student there. Everyone is made to feel welcome and everyone is helped to achieve in their own special way. The teachers, the parents, the families that are all involved with this group are just top notch. I joined Formation this year after dancing at a studio for 9 years. Formation was definitely the right choice for me. Miss shona has already taught me so much and i have formed friendships with members of my team. All teachers at formation are highly trained and have helped me take my dancing to a higher level.
