6Visited the store today and was so grateful for the happy and very helpful staff.especially Alexis. She didn't judge me because what I was wearing (and no make-up), and gave lots of great advice as I was shopping for a dress to wear to a wedding.she even was helping my boyfriend.who was helping me. We'd just visited a different clothing store.and the girl who served us didn't seem happy or focused on us.so the friendly and genuine smile and attitude made a huge difference! Thanks again Alexis!?
The customer service is amazing at this store. I was in there a few weeks ago and found them great & I just phoned to enquire about an item and the lady was so lovely and took the time to look on their racks for a particular item (was faulty so not just listed on normal inventory) and was super apologetic when they didn’t have it anymore.
Always been a fan of Forever New stores. This one is an outlet so you can rummage around the various racks & probably find a bargain which you might have had your eye on, but couldn't afford in the other stores. The quality & shades of fabrics are a delight & the thrill of getting quality without the high price tag is worth the rummage
Had a wonderful experience today at Forever New Harbour Town, I generally avoid Forever New stores due to their rude, clearly unhappy staff, but I thought I’d duck into the outlet quickly and not only was I greeted promptly but the absence of rude snobby staff that always make me feel uncomfortable was a genuine shock! Then when I asked them to check other stores for a different size they were incredibly helpful. The staff were just delightful and so happy to help!

One of my favourite stores. Can find sometimes it may be a little too pricey especially if it is for something you may only wear a couple times. Beautifully made clothes however and good quality on about 90% of their products on offer. Like to go through their bargain racks as you may find that piece you have been eyeing off for some time just couldn't quite afford it when you spotted it. Great place to have a wander through and admire their new pieces, pick yourself up a bargain or invest in some good quality clothing.
